Terms and Conditions

Please DO NOT make any travel plans or book flights until you receive a confirmation letter. Once booked we will send you a confirmation letter for your travel dates. Make sure before you leave for your vacation you have all your travel documents and confirmation letter in hand.

OFFER

​

The promoter of this vacation Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST39282 reservations are processed and confirmed by The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782. The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes (3) night’s accommodations the Marlin at Taino Beach Resort & Clubs, Freeport. The Marlin Taino Beach Resort & Clubs permits up to two adults per room. Resort fees (if applicable) plus tax must be paid to the hotel upon check in. All reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 18 months of purchase date of the vacation. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Upon check-in, the purchaser will be required to provide the hotel with photo identification and an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. Guest is responsible for all incidentals including but not limited to meals, transportation, taxes, resort fees etc. will be the responsibility of the traveling party. In addition to the foregoing rental amounts, Resort shall be entitled to receive a surcharge of $19.00 per night per person for each occupant of a room rented. This surcharge includes resort fees and Value Added Tax of 12.0% imposed by the Government of the Bahamas effective July 1, 2018. Resort reserves the right to change the amount of the surcharges in the event there is any change in taxes or charges imposed by the Government of the Bahamas during the term of this Contract. The surcharge and any other Government imposed fees and taxes shall be paid by the guest at the time of check in.

 

Customer may only purchase one voucher per household. Customer may purchase additional vouchers as gifts as long as the person/people receiving gift meets all terms and conditions of offer. No Group Travel... Group Travel is defined as more than one touring unit, (i.e., a married, cohabiting couple, single male or female), who are familiar with one another and have overlapping reservations for their stays. This also includes person/people traveling at the same time for events, conventions, meetings, etc.

PRESENTATION:

​

Attendance at a sales presentation on the benefits of a discounted Vacation Program, lasting approximately 90 to 120 minutes, is required. Presentations may not be attended on check in or check out date. Married and cohabiting couples must travel and attend the presentation together. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the resort voucher or gifts and will be charged the retail value of the accommodations plus tax. Those that do not qualify and have attended presentation under false pretenses will be charged the retail value of the accommodations plus tax.

RESERVATIONS:

If you have already purchased and you’re ready to book your dates, please click on the link also provided in your Welcome Letter and complete your reservation form and submit form. We will handle all your travel needs, including adding additional family members, extra nights, car rentals, as well as discuss special needs and other questions you may have. All reservations are made on a space available basis from hotel allotments. Minimum stay 3 nights/Maximum stay 4 nights strictly enforced. Reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to check in date. Reservations must be canceled at least 5 days prior to check in date, anything canceled less than 5 days prior to arrival date will results in a charge-back of 1 night plus tax plus the new room cost fees. Reservations must be rescheduled at least 5 days prior to check in date, anything rescheduled less than 5 days prior to arrival date will results in a charge-back of 1 night at the rack rate (published rate at hotel) plus tax, plus cost of the new room. Not showing at hotel on your scheduled reservation date will result in a charge-back for all nights (3 Nights) at the rack rate (published rate at hotel) plus tax. Advance notice is required as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited. You are permitted to change and/or cancel your reservation one time based on the cancellation policy. A $25.00 reschedule/cancel fee will apply to all reschedules and cancellations after the first one.

Your deposit will not be returned if:

1. You do not arrive for your confirmed reservation or do not cancel or reschedule within the permitted time frame.

2. You do not meet the terms and conditions of the offer or fail to attend the required resort preview.

AT TIME OF RESERVATION THERE IS A $100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WHICH WILL BE PROCESSED

BY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS.

*Any confirmed reservation that is canceled or any guest that does not meet the eligibility requirements will be subject to a $15.00 merchant processing fee and will be deducted from the deposit amount.

ELIGIBILITY

​

  • Married/ cohabitating couples, both must between the ages of 28 and 68 years of age, with an annual household income of $50,000 (US) or higher.

  • Single women must be between the ages of 28 and 68 years of age with an annual income of $50,000 (US or higher.

  • Couples must travel and attend the presentation together.

  • Guest must be gainfully employed/retired and be creditworthy (no bankruptcies, foreclosures or liens in the past two (2) years) and cannot be in the process of a home loan modification.

  • For identification purposes a valid driver’s license and valid major credit card (no debit/check cards) must be presented at the tour. Couples must show matching address identification or proof of residing together such as a lease, bank statement or utility bill.

  • Group travel will not be accepted, in the event of group travel you will be paid for one tour and charged back for all room nights. Group travel is defined as one or more parties that know each other traveling to same resort on the same dates.

  • Guest cannot have attended a presentation in the Bahamas within the past 12 months.

  • Guest must be US Citizens and understand and speak fluent English.

  • Offer is not valid for students.

  • NO PETS

The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782 acts as an agent for hotels and all other services supplied as part of this vacation package. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC, shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Both Global Solutions, LLC and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC are registered with the state of Florida as sellers of travel. Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel Registration # ST39282 and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel #ST37782.

 

YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PURCHASER SHALL NOT RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.​

However, you may transfer the vacation package to a qualified recipient as a gift; and your package is good for 12 months, so there should be plenty of time to travel.

This advertising material is being used for the purpose of soliciting the sales of a vacation membership program.

This is neither an offer to sell nor a solicitation of offers to buy in any state or other jurisdiction in which registration requirements have not been met.
