TERMS, CONDITIONS AND FREQUENTLY ASK QUESTIONS

Please DO NOT make any travel plans or book flights until you receive a confirmation letter. Once booked we will send you a confirmation letter for your travel dates. Make sure before you leave for your vacation you have all your travel documents and confirmation letter in hand.

Voucher redeemable 48 hours after purchase. Max 1 voucher per person. This offer is sponsored by The Welcome Center of Daytona, LLC and not by the individual hotels. The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782 . The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes 4 day/ 3 night stay in Branson, Missouri, and permits two adults. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date of the vacation. Upon check-in, the purchaser will be required to provide photo identification and an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. Transportation to and from destinations, meals, gratuities, hotel taxes, resort fees, parking, and incidentals are not included. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value.

Customer may only purchase one voucher per household. Customer may purchase additional vouchers as gifts as long as the person/people receiving gift meets all terms and conditions of offer. No Group Travel... Group Travel is defined as more than one touring unit, (i.e. a married, cohabiting couple, single male or female), who are familiar with one another and have overlapping reservations for their stays. This also includes person/people traveling at the same time for events, conventions, meetings, etc.

RESERVATIONS:

If you have already purchased and you’re ready to book your dates, please click on the link also provided in your Welcome Letter and complete your reservation form and submit form. We will handle all your travel needs, including adding additional family members, extra nights, car rentals, as well as discuss special needs and other questions you may have. All reservations are made on a space available basis from hotel allotments. Minimum stay 3 nights, strictly enforced. Reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to check in date. Reservations must be canceled at least 5 days prior to check in date, anything canceled less than 5 days prior to arrival date will results in a charge-back of 3 night plus tax plus the new room cost fees. Reservations must be rescheduled at least 5 days prior to check in date, anything rescheduled less than 5 days prior to arrival date will results in a charge-back of 1 night at the rack rate (published rate at hotel) plus tax, plus cost of the new room. Not showing at hotel on your scheduled reservation date will result in a charge-back for all nights (3 Nights) at the rack rate (published rate at hotel) plus tax, plus cost of the new room . Advance notice is required as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited. Please note changes cannot be made to any reservation once the guest has arrived on property, any changes made will be at the expense of the guest. You are permitted to change and/or cancel your reservation one time based on the cancellation policy. A $25.00 reschedule/cancel fee will apply to all reschedules and cancellations after the first one.  

Your deposit will not be returned if:

1. You do not arrive for your confirmed reservation or do not cancel or reschedule within the permitted time frame.

2. You do not meet the terms and conditions of the offer or fail to attend the required resort preview.

*Any confirmed reservation that is canceled or any guest that does not meet the eligibility requirements will be subject to a $15.00 merchant processing fee and will be deducted from the deposit amount.

 

  • This voucher entitles the recipient to 3 nights accommodation in Branson, MO for 2 adults and up to 2 children under the age of 17.

  • Reservations can be made Sunday thru Thursday

  • Room assignments will be completed upon receipt of your date request submission and based on space availability.

  • You may travel at any time of the year based on room allotments.

  • All reservations are based on space availability and are not available during special events weeks and holiday weekends.

  • Guests must be married or cohabiting. Cohabiting couples must show matching address ID. Couples must travel together. One guest must be at least 28 years of age or older and possess a valid major credit card. NO SINGLES

  • Income requirement: $60,000 (US). 

  • Identification: Two forms of ID are required upon check in: a valid driver’s license or passport (passport is required for all NON US residents) and valid major credit card.

  • There is an added cost per day for extra guests. No pets.

  • Additional room nights and upgrades are available at special discounted rates.

  • Please complete your reservation within 12 months of purchase 

  • Offer is not valid for full-time students, group travel (“group travel” is 2 or more parties who know each other traveling to the same resort on the same dates using more than one voucher, regardless if vouchers were purchased separately) or persons attending a convention, expo or family reunion.

  • Not valid for the following counties: Taney, Stone, Hollister or guest residing within a 60-mile radius of Branson.

  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation notice within 4-7 days of receipt of your reservation request. We will accommodate any reasonable request related to your accommodations.

  • Voucher is valid only for accommodations. Does not include transportation, food, beverages, taxes, portage, gratuities, service charges or incidental expenses.

  • Voucher not redeemable for cash or any other consideration. Two or more vouchers cannot be used for group travel. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other travel certificate or resort discount code.

  • Travelers limited to one voucher per destination per year.

  • Voucher is fully transferable as a gift, subject to all terms and conditions.

  • This voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. It may be extended and subject to destination charges.

  • NO PETS

The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC, shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met. YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PURCHASER SHALL NOT RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.

However, you may transfer the vacation package to a qualified recipient as a gift; and your package is good for 12 months, so there should be plenty of time to travel.

FAQ’s Details of Participation/Making your Reservations:

Q: Some friends and I purchased the same vacation certificate. Can we travel together? A: Your vacation certificate is not valid for full-time students, group travel or persons attending a convention. A group is considered two or more families or associates traveling together or meeting at the same resort on the same arrival date.

Q: Can I give this certificate to a friend or family member as a gift? A: Your vacation certificate is transferable as long as the transferee meets all of the qualifications detailed below. Your vacation certificate is valid for U.S. or Canadian residents only.

Q: How far in advance do I need to request travel dates? A: Reservations should be made 30 days in advance of your intended arrival date. Due to normal reservation patterns, availability will be more limited on weekends, peak travel times and holiday periods, though you may request any date desired.

Q: What happens after I submit my travel date request? A: Upon receipt and processing of your desired travel dates, we will respond via telephone or e-mail within 3 business days either informing you that your dates are available or that there is no availability for your desired dates and will work with you to schedule available travel dates. If your dates are available, we will send you a confirmation via postal or e-mail.

Q: Is there a deposit required to hold my accommodations? A: Yes. A $50.00 fully refundable room guarantee deposit is required to hold your accommodations under your name. Upon booking we will collect your credit card information and the deposit will be run upon confirmation of your requested travel dates. Your confirmation letter is then emailed or mailed to you based upon your desired method collected during the booking process. A refund validation form will be included. We ask that you print and bring your refund validation form with you and present upon check-in at our Welcome Center, where it will be signed by an authorized Welcome Center Representative. You can mail, fax or email the completed form to us, your refund will be issued to your credit card within 7 days of receipt of the completed refund validation form.

Q: Why doesn’t the hotel itself have my reservation? A: The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach has room blocks reserved under the name of The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach. Upon confirmation, we assign your name to one of our available accommodations, but we do not list your name on the reservation until you check-in at our Welcome Center. Upon check-in at our Welcome Center we will issue you an official voucher to present to the hotel upon check-in. While the accommodations are guaranteed to The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach and we only issue confirmations based on our available room blocks, the hotel will not have your name until you present the Voucher at hotel check-in.

Q: What if I need to cancel or re-schedule my travel dates? A: If you have made reservations and must reschedule for any reason, a $25 change fee may apply. To reschedule your reservation, you must contact us as least two (2) weeks in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Travelers with confirmed reservations who fail to check-in on their reservation date or fail to reschedule at least two (2) weeks in advance of their arrival date shall forfeit their use of this certificate and any refundable room guarantee deposit will be forfeited.

Q: What are the charges for additional guests? A: Children 0-3 are free, 3-17 cost $10.00 per guest per night  Adults 18 and up: $12 per adult per night. No more then 4 allowed in any
room, per Florida fire laws.  

Q: What are the charges for additional room nights? $75.00 - $125.00 per night includes 4 persons in the room, plus $10 per night resort fee per night.

 
Q: Where do we check-in? A: You will receive a confirmation email with check in instructions.

As part of our response to COVID-19, all hotel guests are required to wear a mask/face covering when in indoor public areas, and our hotels are implementing additional processes to help protect the safety of guests and team members. These policies include new cleaning protocols and changes to availability of certain services and amenities. In many areas, local travel restrictions may impact your trip, including requirements that hotels accept essential travelers only and guests comply with self-quarantine guidelines. Be sure to check the specific restrictions for your destination before traveling and our flexible booking policies in the event your plans change. Please contact your destination hotel directly with any questions.
