The retail value of the package ranges from $348 –$1,197, depending on number of nights, suite availability, and travel dates selected. Normal travel expenses such as transportation, airfare, meals, parking, resort fees and room incidentals are not included. Nightly room taxes ranging from $12 – $48 per night are due at time of check-in. Earliest available check-in is 30 days from the vacation purchase date. Reservations are subject to availability.
The Offering Developer reserves the right to substitute any advertised lodging or feature with one of equal or greater value.

The promoter of this vacation Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST39282 reservations are processed and confirmed by The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782 . The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes 4 DAYS & 3 NIGHTS. Guests will be accommodated in standard accommodations such as Flamingo, Harrah's, Rio, Horseshoe, Paris. This vacation permits up to two adults and two children (under the age of 18 years) per room. Resort fees (if applicable) plus tax must be paid upon check-in. All reservations are subject to availability. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Upon check-in, the purchaser will be required to provide the hotel with photo identification and an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. Guest pays all incidentals over the basic room cost such as, but not limited to, room tax, phone, meals, key deposit and transportation.
PRESENTATION:
Presentations may not be attended on check in or check out date. If married or cohabiting, couples must attend the entire sales presentation together. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the resort voucher or gifts and will be charged the retail value of the accommodations. Those that do not qualify and have attended presentation under false pretenses will result in a charge equal to all room nights plus tax according to published rates of hotels.
Customer may only purchase one voucher per household. Customer may purchase additional vouchers as gifts as long as the person/people receiving gift meets all terms and conditions of offer. No Group Travel... Group Travel is defined as more than one touring unit, (i.e., a married, cohabiting couple, single male or female), who are familiar with one another and have overlapping reservations for their stays. This also includes person/people traveling at the same time for events, conventions, meetings, etc.
RESERVATIONS:
If you have already purchased and you’re ready to book your dates, please click on the link also provided in your Welcome Letter and complete your reservation form and submit form. All reservations are made on a space available basis from hotel allotments. Reschedules and cancellation must be made at least 5 business days prior to arrival, failure to cancel or reschedule at least 5 business days prior to arrival will result in a charge equal to all room nights plus tax according to published rates of hotels. Guest or guests no showing for hotel stay will result in a charge equal to all room nights plus tax according to published rates of hotels. Any guest or guests that arrives but does not meet the qualifications or does not show to the tour will result in a charge equal to all room nights plus tax. Reservations should be made at least 7 days prior to arrival date. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis. You are permitted to change and/or cancel your reservation one time based on the cancellation policy. A $25.00 reschedule/cancel fee will apply to all reschedules and cancellations after the first one.
Your deposit will not be returned if:
1. You do not arrive for your confirmed reservation or do not cancel or reschedule within the permitted time frame
2. You do not meet the terms and conditions of the offer or fail to attend the required resort preview.
AT TIME OF RESERVATION THERE IS A $100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WHICH WILL BE PROCESSED
BY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS.
*Any confirmed reservation that is canceled or any guest that does not meet the eligibility requirements will be subject to a $15.00 merchant processing fee and will be deducted from the deposit amount.
ELIGIBILITY
• One guest is at least 25 years of age or older if married or cohabitating
• Singles must be at least 45 years of age
• The guest(s) have a combined annual income of at least $40,000 ($50,000 if single)
• The guest(s) understand that they must attend a 60-to-90-minute travel club presentation
• The guest(s) understand that they must bring a major credit card or debit card (If Single, must bring a major credit card only, no debit cards).
• The guest(s) understand, if married or cohabitating, that they must attend with their spouse or cohabitating partner or be legally single
• The guest(s) cannot have attended a presentation in Las Vegas in the previous 6 months
• The guest(s) cannot have attended a presentation with Westgate Resorts in Las Vegas in the previous 12 months and with Westgate in other locations, other than Las Vegas, in the previous 6 months.
• The guest(s) are not currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings
• The guest(s) are not current owners with Westgate, Global, Save-on, Voyages, Club Newport, World Ventures, Sears, ICE
• The guest(s) are not the parent or child of an existing Westgate owner
• The guest(s) are not employees of Westgate Resorts
• The guest(s) are fluent in English or Spanish
• No children under the age of 7 permitted at presentation.

Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC, shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Both Global Solutions, LLC and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC are registered with the state of Florida as sellers of travel. YOU MAY CANCEL THIS OFFER WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS OFFER IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE OFFER. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER. However, you may transfer the vacation package to a qualified recipient as a gift; and your package is good for 12 months, so there should be plenty of time to travel.
