Please DO NOT make any travel plans or book flights until you receive a confirmation letter. Once booked we will send you a confirmation letter for your travel dates. Make sure before you leave for your vacation you have all your travel documents and confirmation letter in hand.

OFFER

The promoter of this vacation Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST39282 reservations are processed and confirmed by The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782. The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes (2) night’s accommodations at Living Water Resort & Spa in a standard hotel room . This vacation getaway permits up to two adults and two children (under the age of 18 years) per room. Resort fees (if applicable) plus tax must be paid to the hotel upon check in. All reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date of the vacation. Global Solutions and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC may at their discretion extend your purchase past the 12 months prior to the expiration date for a $25.00 administrative fee. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Upon check-in, the purchaser will be required to provide the hotel with photo identification and an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. Guest will pay an incidentals over the basic room cost such as, but not limited to, room tax, phone calls, meals, key deposit, roll-a-way beds and transportation.

Customer may only purchase one voucher per household. Customer may purchase additional vouchers as gifts as long as the person/people receiving gift meets all terms and conditions of offer. No Group Travel... Group Travel is defined as more than one touring unit, (i.e. a married, cohabiting couple, single male or female), who are familiar with one another and have overlapping reservations for their stays. This also includes person/people traveling at the same time for events, conventions, meetings, etc.

PRESENTATION:

Attendance at a sales presentation on the benefits of a discounted Vacation Program, lasting approximately 90 to 120 minutes, is required. If married or cohabiting, couples must attend the entire sales presentation together. Those that do not qualify and have attended presentation under false pretenses will be charged the retail value of the accommodations plus tax. Examples: family reunions, guest’s attending a convention or conference or group travel, group travel is defined as 2 or more parties that know each other traveling during the same time frame using a vacation that includes a resort preview. Failure to attend the resort preview during your stay or failure to meet the terms and conditions above at the resort preview will result in guest being charged for all room nights at retail value (published rate) plus tax.

RESERVATIONS:

If you have already purchased and you’re ready to book your dates, please click on the link also provided in your Welcome Letter and complete your reservation form and submit form. We will handle all your travel needs, including adding additional family members, extra nights, car rentals, as well as discuss special needs and other questions you may have. All reservations are made on a space available basis from hotel allotments. Cancel/Reschedule Policy; Confirmed reservations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 15 business days prior to arrival to avoid a one night late cancellation penalty. (Business days are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.) One date change is permitted at no charge, additional changes will incur a $50.00 fee. Not showing at hotel on your scheduled reservation date will result in a charge-back for all nights plus tax at the rack rate (published rate at hotel) of the room . Advance notice is required as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited. Failure to attend the resort preview during your stay or failure to meet the terms and conditions above at the resort preview will result in guest being charged for all room nights at published rack rate. You are permitted to change and/or cancel your reservation one time based on the cancellation policy. A $25.00 reschedule/cancel fee will apply to all reschedules and cancellations after the first one.

Your deposit will not be returned if:

1. You do not arrive for your confirmed reservation or do not cancel or reschedule within the permitted time frame.

2. You do not meet the terms and conditions of the offer or fail to attend the required resort preview.

AT TIME OF RESERVATION THERE IS A $100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WHICH WILL BE PROCESSED

BY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS.

*Any confirmed reservation that is canceled or any guest that does not meet the eligibility requirements will be subject to a $15.00 merchant processing fee and will be deducted from the deposit amount.

ELIGIBILITY

Must be married or cohabiting couples, must be 39 to 69 years of age and must be cohabiting or married with a combined annual income greater than $70,000 (US)
Single women must be 39 to 69 years old with an annual income of at least $70,000 (US)
Government or state issued valid photo ID and valid major credit card required (no debit/check cards, check books or temporary id’s). Newlyweds may use marriage certificate.
Couples must both be present at check in and attend the presentation together and must have matching address on their valid photo id. If engaged, fiancée must attend.
Customer Email address is required, resort sends confirmation letters.
This offer is not valid for family reunions, guest’s attending a convention or conference or group travel, group travel is defined as 2 or more parties that know each other traveling during the same time frame using a vacation that includes a resort preview. Any guest doing so will charged the retail value of the accommodations plus tax.
Guest must be able to speak, read, write and understand English fluently and be capable of entering into a legal contract and must be a US citizen or Canadian Citizens. Quebec residents are okay as long as both persons in the party understand and speak English fluently.
Not eligible: Current or past owners of Living Water Resort, single men and employees in the travel industry such as but not limited to airline, hotel, cruise, travel agent, timeshare and any guest that has toured Living Water Resort in the previous 18 months and guests that own timeshare at any property.
Any guests that are being disruptive during the resort preview may be asked to leave at any time regardless of whether you completed your obligation to attend the preview or not.
One package per household is valid in a 12 month period
NO PETS

The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782 acts as an agent for hotels and all other services supplied as part of this vacation package. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC, shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Both Global Solutions, LLC and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC are registered with the state of Florida as sellers of travel. Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel Registration # ST39282 and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel #ST37782.

YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PURCHASER SHALL NOT RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.

However, you may transfer the vacation package to a qualified recipient as a gift; and your package is good for 12 months, so there should be plenty of time to travel.
