THE LAS VEGAS OFFER MUST BE BOOKED FIRST AND TRAVELED BEFORE MAKING RESERVATIONS TO CABO SAN LUCAS

Please DO NOT make any travel plans or book flights until you receive a confirmation letter. Once booked we will send you a confirmation letter for your travel dates. Make sure before you leave for your vacation you have all your travel documents and confirmation letter in hand.

OFFER

The promoter of this vacation Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST39282 reservations are processed and confirmed by The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782. The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes (3) night’s accommodations at Las Vegas, Nevada PLUS BONUS CABO ALL-INCLUSIVE RESORT PACKAGE. Las Vegas permits up to two adults and two children (11 years old or younger) per room. There are additional fees imposed by the hotel such as Resort fees (if applicable) plus tax must be paid to the hotel upon check in. All reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 24 months of purchase date of the vacation. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Upon check-in, the purchaser will be required to provide the hotel with photo identification and an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. Guests pays all incidentals over the basic room cost such as, but not limited to, room tax, phone, meals, key deposit and transportation.

 

CABO BONUS INCLUDES... vacation package for 2 adults and 2 children, 11 years of age are younger, all-inclusive for 4 nights, Cabo San Lucas Resort. Resort fees (if applicable) plus tax must be paid to the hotel upon check in. All reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 24 months of purchase date of the vacation. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Upon check-in, the purchaser will be required to provide the hotel with photo identification/passport along with stamped immigration papers confirming arrival date. Guest will also have to provide imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges or guest will not be allowed to check into hotel. Guests are responsible for all applicable taxes, resort fees, security deposits or anything of a personal nature. Guest will have the opportunity to upgrade, add extra nights or people during their verification call, all extras are quoted, and payment collected directly by the resort based on travel dates. Airport transportation for guest will be provided one way from airport to hotel. Guests are responsible for all other transportation. The hotel does not guarantee ocean view rooms with this promotional offer. They may be purchased at time of reservation. This promotional offer does not include all-inclusive room service or top shelf liquor. Those upgrades may be purchased at time of reservation.

Customer may only purchase one voucher per household. Customer may purchase additional vouchers as gifts as long as the person/people receiving gift meets all terms and conditions of offer. No Group Travel... Group Travel is defined as more than one touring unit, (i.e., a married, cohabiting couple, single male or female), who are familiar with one another and have overlapping reservations for their stays. This also includes person/people traveling at the same time for events, conventions, meetings, etc.

PRESENTATION LAS VEGAS:

Attendance at a sales presentation on the benefits of a discounted Vacation Program, lasting approximately 120 minutes, is required. Presentations may not be attended on check in or check out date. If married or cohabiting, couples must attend the entire sales presentation together. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the resort voucher or gifts and will be charged the retail value of the accommodations. Those that do not qualify and have attended presentation under false pretenses will result in a charge equal to all room nights plus tax according to published rates of hotels.

RESERVATIONS:

If you have already purchased and you’re ready to book your dates, please click on the link also provided in your Welcome Letter and complete your reservation form and submit form. We will handle all your travel needs, including adding additional family members, extra nights, as well as discuss special needs and other questions you may have. All reservations are made on a space available basis from hotel allotments. A minimum of 7 days advance notice is required as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited. Accommodations during holidays and special events may not be available and some black-out dates may apply, and if available, may require a nightly surcharge. Do not book airline flights until you have received your confirmation letter.  Reservations must be made a minimum of 7 days advance notice prior to check in date. Confirmed reservations must be canceled or rescheduled at least a minimum of 21-day advance notice prior to arrival to avoid being charged for all room nights at the rack rate (published rate at hotel) plus tax, plus cost of the new room. (Business days are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.) One date change is permitted at no charge, additional changes will incur a $50.00 reschedule/cancel fee. Not showing at hotel on your scheduled reservation date will result in a charge-back for all nights at the rack rate (published rate at hotel) plus tax, plus cost of the new room. Advance notice is required as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited. Global Solutions LLC and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC may at their discretion extend your purchase past the 12 months prior to the expiration date for a $25.00 administrative fee. You are permitted to change and/or cancel your reservation one time based on the cancellation policy.

 Your deposit will not be returned if:

1. You do not arrive for your confirmed reservation or do not cancel or reschedule within the permitted time frame

2. You do not meet the terms and conditions of the offer or fail to attend the required resort preview.

AT TIME OF RESERVATION THERE IS A $100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WHICH WILL BE PROCESSED

BY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS.

*Any confirmed reservation that is canceled or any guest that does not meet the eligibility requirements will be subject to a $15.00 merchant processing fee and will be deducted from the deposit amount.

ELIGIBILITY LAS VEGAS

  • Must agree to attend and complete a timeshare sales presentation (“Tour”) of at least 120 minutes (together for all married or cohabitating couples).

  • Must be either a U.S. or a Canadian citizen.

  • Must be currently employed full-time or retired, and cannot be a full-time student; Married couples must present a valid unexpired government-issued photo identification and either a major credit card or a major U.S. bank-issued debit card linked to a personal checking account; NEWLYWEDS MUST HAVE THE ACCEPTABLE MATCHING ID OR THEY MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL COPY OF THE MARRIAGE LICENSE (NO PHOTOCOPIES, EMAIL, IN THE CELL PHONE).

  • Unmarried cohabitating couples and singles must present a major credit card.

  • If a married couple with a major credit card, one individual must be within the age range of 28 to 72 and the couple must have a combined gross annual household income of at least $50,000.00; Unmarried cohabitating couple with a major credit card, one individual must be within the age range of 30 to 60, and the couple must have a combined gross annual household income of at least $75,000.00. 

  • Single women, must be between 28 to 60 and must have a gross annual household income of at least $75,000.00. A single male may not take advantage of this offer.

  • All Guests must agree to undergo a soft credit screening. Any guest that does not meet the minimum credit criteria established by the Company, in its sole discretion, may not be eligible to attend a timeshare sales presentation and will not receive any gifting.

  • If a married or cohabitating couple, must be cohabitating with each other, must provide valid unexpired government-issued identifications showing matching addresses.

  • Must have at least one member of the touring party who is able to speak and understand English, in both verbal and written form.

  • Cannot have previously toured within the preceding 12 months and cannot be a current owner of the resort developer.

  • Cannot have attended a timeshare, travel club, or vacation club sales presentation within ten (10) days of the scheduled tour date with Developer.

  • Cannot have been scheduled, and cannot thereafter be scheduled, by the marketing vendor’s personnel to attend any other timeshare, travel club, or vacation club sales presentation.

  • No children under the age of 7 permitted.

  • Cannot bring any alcohol to the Sales Office, and no prospect or guest presenting for, or participating in, a Tour may be under the influence of alcohol or any controlled or illegal substance under state or federal law.

  • NO ONE LIVING WITHIN 50 MILES OF LAS VEGAS, NEVADA... TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CABO SAN LUCAS

PRESENTATION CABO SAN LUCAS:

Attendance at a sales presentation on the benefits of a Vacation Program, lasting at least 120 minutes, after breakfast orientation. Presentations may not be attended on check in or check out date. If married or cohabiting, couples and all travelers must attend the entire sales presentation together. There is no obligation to purchase but all travelers must attend presentation. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the resort voucher or gifts and will be charged the retail value of the accommodations. Those that fail to meet qualifications or attend the presentation under false pretenses will be charged the full retail value of the accommodations. All persons in the party must attend the presentation

RESERVATIONS CABO SAN LUCAS:

If you have already purchased and you’re ready to book your dates, please click on the link also provided in your Welcome Letter and complete your reservation form and submit form. We will handle all your travel needs, including adding additional family members, extra nights, car rentals, as well as discuss special needs and other questions you may have. All reservations are made on a space available basis from hotel allotments. Reservations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 14 days prior to arrival date to avoid a 1 night no show fee. Extra nights and guests above the 2 adults and 2 children 11 years of age or younger must be added with the resort during their confirmation call. Resort fees of $29.95 per night and taxes are the responsibility of the guest and must be prepaid prior to arrival, this will be collected by the resort during the confirmation call. Please be aware that Cabo Municipal government has put in place a mandatory fee called “Environmental Sanitation Tax” this fee will be charged directly to the hotel bill of each client. This tax will be effective starting tomorrow September 9th, 2022.

 

  • This fee will be used to improve Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo´s infrastructure, also the categories of Ecology and environment, Municipal Public Services and Public Safety.

  • This tax will apply for our internal and external hotels.

  • The fee is $1.70 usd per night per reservation.

 

ELIGIBILITY CABO SAN LUCAS 

  

  • Guests must be citizens of the United States.

  • Guests must have and present current valid passport or other government issued identification.

  • Guests must have and present one valid major credit card in the guest's name at presentation. No Check Cards, Digital credit cards, Debit Cards, or Corporate Cards are accepted.

  • Guests must be able to read and speak fluently in either English or Spanish.

  • At least one individual in each couple or single guest must be either gainfully employed or retired with annual salary or investment income per household equal to at least $50,000 USD.

  • Single women must be 30-70 years old, meet all of the other qualifications may participate in this offer. 

  • Single men ages 30-70 meeting all qualifications may participate in this offer.

  • Gay couples ages 30-70 with a minimum of 5 years together and must travel together. Must have and present matching current valid passport or other government issued identification and between the ages of 30-70. They must attend presentation together and meet all of the other qualifications to participate in this offer. 

  • French Canadians from Quebec may not take advantage of this offer.

  • 3 Night Minimum Stay Required

  • Married Couple must (a) meet the General Qualifications; (b) both person who is 30–70 years old; and (c) both spouses must attend the presentation(d) must have and present matching current valid passport or other government issued identification.

  • Newly Weds must bring original marriage license or certificate and government identification with matching address. Must be between the ages of 30-60 years of age and must attend presentation together.

  • ​Two Couple traveling together may not take advantage of this offer.

  • Cohabitating couples must both be legally single with a minimum of 5 years together and must travel together. Must have and present matching current valid passport or other government issued identification and between the ages of 30-70. They must attend presentation together and meet all of the other qualifications to participate in this offer. Boyfriend or girlfriend`s member do not qualify

  • French Canadians from Quebec may not take advantage of this offer.

  • Owners or employees of the Resorts (or their family members) may not take advantage of this offer. Direct or undirect relatives of members will qualify as long as they are not listed under the contract, even if they are traveling at the same time. Member must travel under their membership.

  • Individuals who have traveled to a Villa Group Resort within the immediately preceding 12 months and attended a Presentation may not take advantage of this offer. Individuals are not eligible if previously toured any of the Villa Group within 6 months or less. Individuals are not allowed to return to the same destination after 1 year and not allowed to return to different destination after 6 months

  • Individuals who own real estate (including timeshare, fractional or full ownership property interests) in any city in which a Resort is located including Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Cancun and Loreto may not take advantage of this offer.

  • Individuals who have been invited twice to participate in this Villa Group promotional package may not take advantage of this offer. In addition, you cannot repeat the same destination either.

  • Individuals who work in the following industries: hospitality, military, travel agency, time share related and airlines employees may not take advantage of this offer.

  • Guest must be willing to do soft screening credit check and must not have had a bankruptcy or mortgage foreclosure during the last year.

Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC, shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Both Global Solutions, LLC and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC  are registered with the state of Florida as sellers of travel. Cancellation Policy

Your vacation package is now being pre-purchased from the participating supplier in your name in order to provide you with this special! This sale is FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE. However, you may transfer the vacation package to a qualified recipient as a gift; and your package is good for 24 months, so there should be plenty of time to travel.

This advertising material is being used for the purpose of soliciting the sales of a vacation membership program.
