Terms and Conditions

EARLIEST AVAILABLE CHECK-IN IS 30 DAYS FROM THE VACATION PURCHASE DATE.

Please DO NOT make any travel plans or book flights until you receive a confirmation letter. Once booked we will send you a confirmation letter for your travel dates. Make sure before you leave for your vacation you have all your travel documents and confirmation letter in hand.

OFFER
 

​The promoter of this vacation Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST39282 reservations are processed and confirmed by The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782. The package includes 5 days and 4 nights all-inclusive at  Condovac La Costa for 2 Adults and 2 Children 17 years of age and younger in a standard room, also includes round trip airport/resort transfer. All reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date of the vacation. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Guests are responsible for all applicable taxes, resort fees, security deposits or anything of a personal nature. Guest will have the opportunity to upgrade, add extra nights or people during their verification call, All extras are quoted, and payment collected directly by the resort based on travel dates. Guests are responsible for all other transportation. One package per household is valid in a 12-month period.

Customer may only purchase one voucher per household. Customer may purchase additional vouchers as gifts as long as the person/people receiving gift meets all terms and conditions of offer. No Group Travel... Group Travel is defined as more than one touring unit, (i.e., a married, cohabiting couple, single male or female), who are familiar with one another and have overlapping reservations for their stays. This also includes person/people traveling at the same time for events, conventions, meetings, etc.

​ELIGIBILITY... Guests understand that attending a 90–120-minute guided tour and sales presentation of Villas Sol Resort a requirement of this promotional offer, and that if married or co-habituating both adults must be present for the presentation (no single males). Guests also understand the presentation appointment will be set by the VIP Concierge upon check in and that guests will receive a welcome package upon arrival with the appointment date and time for this presentation. Couples will be required to attend the presentation together and will be required to show valid matching address identification.

  • CHECK IN REQUIREMENTS

  • Guests understand that when my appointment time is scheduled with the VIP Concierge, I will be required to show my passport, along with a valid major credit card with an American Express, Visa or MasterCard logo for the purposes of paying a $300 security deposit which will be refunded to me after I check out. Furthermore I understand that corporate credit cards, Discover credit cards, debit cards, and debit cards that function also as credit cards are NOT accepted. Guests also attest that both myself and my travelling companion (if applicable) both speak either English or Spanish fluently. ​

  • Guests understand that in order to receive this promotional offer, Guests must be between the ages of 30 and 70, with a combined annual household income of at least $50,000. Furthermore, guests understand that if married, cohabiting, or otherwise similarly committed, both persons must attend the sales presentation and tour together and that both married couples and co-habituating couples must have matching addresses on identification. guests understand that this promotional offer is not valid for single males, however single females do qualify so long as they are between the ages of 35 and 70 with an average annual income of at least $50,000. Guests also understand that this promotional offer is not valid for current airline, travel agency or active and former timeshare employees.

  • Guests understand that qualifying single women may travel with one adult friend only. Groups of 3 adults or more are not permitted, exceptions are as follows: Single women traveling with their children or adult parents. I understand that other than the aforementioned exceptions, no group travel or couples traveling together on separate promotional packages is allowed. NO PETS

  • RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATION

  • Guests understand reservations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 31 days prior to arrival date to avoid penalty fees. Confirmed reservations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 30 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalty. Failure to arrive for your scheduled vacation with no notice will result in a fee equal to all room nights at rack rate. (Business days are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.) One date change is permitted at no charge, additional changes will incur a $50.00 fee. Global Solutions LLC and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC may at their discretion extend your purchase past the 12 months prior to the expiration date for a $25.00 administrative fee.​

  • ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • Guests understand that employees of  Condovac La Costa and or their immediate family members and its affiliated companies and Villas Sol owners are not eligible for this offer. This promotion is void where prohibited by law where applicable licensing requirements have not been met, including the state of Florida. I understand that if I fail to meet the terms and conditions above at the time of travel, Guest will be considered not qualified for the promotional rate and guest will incur a charge equal to all room nights plus tax at the current published rack rate at the time of check in. In addition, guest certify that no special considerations or exceptions to the listed terms and conditions have been promised to me, and that this statement of understanding supersedes all other forms of communication (written or verbal) that I may have had in the past regarding this promotional vacation. Additionally, guests understand due to the nature and cost of this promotion that attending any other sales presentation during my stay in Costa Rica will void this promotional offer and result in my being charged rack rate for the entirety of my stay. Guests will receive confirmation directly from the resort through docusign, they must complete this process to be completely confirmed. They will also receive an email requesting flight details 30 days prior to arrival so transportation can be arranged. Any guests that are being disruptive during the resort preview may be asked to leave at any time regardless of whether you completed your obligation to attend the preview or not. Failure to attend the resort preview during your stay or failure to meet the terms and conditions above at the resort preview will result in guest being charged for all room nights at published rack rate.

Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC, shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Both Global Solutions, LLC and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC  are registered with the state of Florida as sellers of travel. YOU MAY CANCEL THIS OFFER WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS OFFER IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE OFFER. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PURCHASER SHALL NOT RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS OFFER. THIS OFFER IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.​

However, you may transfer the vacation package to a qualified recipient as a gift; and your package is good for 12 months, so there should be plenty of time to travel.
