Please DO NOT make any travel plans or book flights until you receive a confirmation letter. Once booked we will send you a confirmation letter for your travel dates. Make sure before you leave for your vacation you have all your travel documents and confirmation letter in hand.

OFFER

The promoter of this vacation Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST 39282 reservations are processed and confirmed by The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782. The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes (3) night’s accommodations at Oceanside Inn, Daytona Beach, Florida. This Daytona Beach offer permits up to two adults and two children (under the age of 18 years) per room. Hotel room taxes are approximately $10-$15 per night and resort fees (if applicable) are approximately $5 - $15 per night plus tax and both must be paid to the hotel upon check in. All reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months of being gifted this travel offer. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Upon check-in, the purchaser will be required to provide the hotel with photo identification and an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. Transportation to and from destinations, meals, gratuities, hotel taxes, resort fees, parking, and incidentals are not included.

Customer may only purchase one voucher per household. Customer may purchase additional vouchers as gifts as long as the person/people receiving gift meets all terms and conditions of offer. No Group Travel... Group Travel is defined as more than one touring unit, (i.e., a married, cohabiting couple, single male or female), who are familiar with one another and have overlapping reservations for their stays. This also includes person/people traveling at the same time for events, conventions, meetings, etc.

PRESENTATION:

Attendance at a sales presentation on the benefits of a discounted Vacation Program, lasting approximately 90 to 120 minutes, is required. Presentations may not be attended on check in or check out date. Married and cohabiting couples must travel and attend the presentation together. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the resort voucher or gifts and will be charged the retail value of the accommodations plus tax. Those that do not qualify and have attended presentation under false pretenses will be charged the retail value of the accommodations plus tax. Any guests that are being disruptive during the resort preview may be asked to leave at any time regardless of whether you completed your obligation to attend the preview or not.

RESERVATIONS:

If you have already purchased and you’re ready to book your dates, please click on the link also provided in your Welcome Letter and complete your reservation form and submit form. We will handle all your travel needs, including adding additional family members, extra nights, car rentals, as well as discuss special needs and other questions you may have. All reservations are made on a space available basis from hotel allotments. A minimum of 72-hour advance notice is required as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited. Accommodations during holidays and special events may not be available and some black-out dates may apply, and if available, may require a nightly surcharge. Do not book airline flights until you have received your confirmation letter. Changes made within 72 hours of a confirmed arrival may be possible, and if so, there will a fee of $50. No more than one rebooking will be permitted. Reservations must be made a minimum of 72-hour advance notice prior to check in date. Confirmed reservations must be canceled or rescheduled at least a minimum of 72-hour advance notices prior to arrival to avoid a one-night late cancellation penalty. (Business days are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.) One date change is permitted at no charge, additional changes will incur a $50.00 fee. Reservations must be rescheduled at a minimum of 72- hour advance notice. Prior to check in date, anything rescheduled less than a minimum of 72-hour advance notice prior to arrival date will results in a charge-back of 1 night at the rack rate (published rate at hotel) plus tax, plus cost of the new room. Not showing at hotel on your scheduled reservation date will result in a charge-back for all nights (2 Nights) at the rack rate (published rate at hotel) plus tax, plus cost of the new room. Advance notice is required as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited. Global Solutions LLC and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC may at their discretion extend your purchase past the 12 months prior to the expiration date for a $25.00 administrative fee. You are permitted to change and/or cancel your reservation one time based on the cancellation policy. A $25.00 reschedule/cancel fee will apply to all reschedules and cancellations after the first one.

Your deposit will not be returned if:

1. You do not arrive for your confirmed reservation or do not cancel or reschedule within the permitted time frame.

2. You do not meet the terms and conditions of the offer or fail to attend the required resort preview.

AT TIME OF RESERVATION THERE IS A $100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WHICH WILL BE PROCESSED

BY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS.

*Any confirmed reservation that is canceled or any guest that does not meet the eligibility requirements will be subject to a $15.00 merchant processing fee and will be deducted from the deposit amount.

ELIGIBILITY

This vacation package is valid for residents of the United States and Canada. You must be Married or a co-habituating couple, both must be between the ages of 25 and 72 and have an annual household income of at least $50,000 (US). If fully retired meaning both receive a pension, then income must be $40,000 (US) annually. THIS OFFER IS FOR COUPLES ONLY.
Couples must attend presentation with spouse/fiancé/life partner and must prove they live together with either matching address id, or checkbook, lease/mortgage statement with both names on the account to qualify. Newlyweds may use marriage certificate.
For identification purposes, each couple or person must possess, and present at the presentation, a valid driver’s license and a valid major credit card. (no debit/check cards)

Cannot have been to a travel or vacation club presentation in Daytona Beach, FL in the past 12 months or live within a 50-mile radius of Daytona Beach, FL
Cannot be a travel agent, airline employee or current members of any travel or vacation club. Also, cannot be going through bankruptcy proceedings of any kind and cannot be a resident of Volusia County.
Must attend 90 -120 minute presentation.
Children ages 2 to 11 must be potty trained and stay in the supervised child care area during the presentation. The presentation facilities are not equipped to handle children with special needs or under 2 years of age.
The hotels in Daytona have limited parking, they do not offer RV or Trailer parking of any kind. Guests traveling in a RV or hauling a trailer will need to make their own arrangements for parking.
Must be US citizens, legal US residents with a green card or Canadian Citizens and both people must speak and understand English.
Guest responsible for resort fee and taxes.
Presenter has right to refuse anyone they feel may cause issues during the presentation.
NO PETS

This offer may not be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer provided by the promoter, or its affiliates. This offer is limited to one vacation per household and is not valid for groups, family reunions (2 or more families traveling together), or for attending a convention or conference. The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782 acts as an agent for hotels and all other services supplied as part of this vacation package. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC, shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Both Global Solutions, LLC and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC are registered with the state of Florida as sellers of travel. YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PURCHASER SHALL NOT RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.

However, you may transfer the vacation package to a qualified recipient as a gift; and your package is good for 12 months, so there should be plenty of time to travel.
