By becoming a Dubai Lifestyle Experience Member, it is confirmed that the main member has read, understands and agrees to the terms and conditions; and provides express consent to receive marketing offers from The First Group by participating with this program. Your membership and any of the contents as mentioned herein is non-refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, resold or reproduced. Your Membership includes accommodation for the number of nights mentioned on the offer page together with additional lifestyle benefits for the main member and 1 additional traveler.

Your membership may be availed once the full membership amount has been received and expires on the date mentioned on the cover page.

Partial upfront payment plus monthly installment

In order to avail the Dubai Lifestyle Experience Membership, the full membership amount must be received by The First Group in cleared funds within sixty (60) days from the date of execution, failing which the Dubai Lifestyle Experience Membership, will be forfeited and any/all partial payments will not be refunded unless in exceptional circumstances decided by The First Group.

The member has 3 months to pay for the entire value of the membership broken up as follows;

Payment 1 / 50% of the membership amount,
Payment 2 (30 days from upfront partial payment) / 25% of the remaining amount of the membership
Payment 3 (30 days from payment 2) / 25% of the remaining amount of the membership
The member understands and acknowledges that a third party, Network International, will process the installment amounts on behalf of The First Group on the above-mentioned dates.
The installment amounts cannot be altered or changed by the member
The installment dates cannot be altered or changed by the member
The installment amounts will be deducted from the Members credit/debit card, supplied to The First Group
The members credit/debit card details and Members personal information will be kept confidential and will not be passed on to any third party
The member acknowledges that only once the full membership amount has been paid received, will the member be issued with their membership confirmation

Accommodation is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. The First Group reserves the right to offer additional surcharge in order to avail the same.

Dining Experiences are subject to availability. Reservations are required 24 hours before booking. Weekend space is limited.

TFG reserves the right to change, amend or alter the benefits as mentioned on the cover page. In the case where a specific benefit cannot be honored, due to, but not limited to the affiliated partner not being in business, or the promotion no longer valid, TFG will, to the best of their abilities provide the member with additional benefits of greater or equal value.

The main member confirms and acknowledges that the 25% hotel discount and 25% Restaurant discount is valid for a period of 1 year from activation date. This benefit cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or coupon offer.

The main member acknowledges and accepts that it is their responsibility to activate and confirm their annual holiday dates to Dubai.

The main member acknowledges and confirms that the Dubai Lifestyle Experience and all of the benefits, as mentioned on the cover page are only valid if the main member is traveling. The main member has the exclusive right to decide on who the accompanying guest is.

All vacation offers are subject to hotel availability and inventory. TFG suggests that all members provide travel dates that are flexible to ensure our travel concierge can fulfil the requirements of our members. All travel must be completed prior to the expiry date printed on your certificate. It is important that you do not make any travel arrangements until you have received written confirmation that your travel dates have been accepted.

Accommodation is on a Bed & Breakfast basis only. Upon check-in, a refundable security deposit will be required in cash or by credit card. All guests must present a valid identification or passport upon arrival. All other meals and any other hotel expenses such as food, beverages, telephone charges, transportation, taxes, VAT, tips, laundry, or other charges of a personal nature are payable by the travelers at their own cost. Once reservations are confirmed by both parties, a $50.00 USD service fee will be levied for any change, cancellation or no show, in addition to charges levied by the hotel, if applicable.

Each traveler is responsible to obtain all necessary travel documents for each country they visit including but not limited to a passport and travel visas. If you are travelling outside your country of residence The First Group recommends all travelers have a passport valid at least six months beyond your scheduled return date. Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Government of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The First Group bears no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for the rejection or delay in issuing of the visa by the Government of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

TFG acknowledges that the main member might request to purchase extra memberships so that additional family members can enjoy the benefits the membership has to offer. Therefore, TFG will allow a maximum of two memberships to be purchased by any member, existing or new.

This offer is not valid for groups of three or more certificate holders. Accommodation and all of the mentioned benefits, offered by The First Group and its vendors including Members Annual Discounts cannot be used in conjunction or combined with any other promotion, discount or coupon offer. This certificate cannot be used by The First Group merchant client principles, employees or related parties.

By participating in this membership offer the travelers agree that The First Group will not be held liable for any actual or potential losses, including without limitation, compensatory or consequential damages, whether in contract or in tort, by either persons or property, arising out of this offer or in connection therewith. These terms and conditions are final and cannot be changed or altered by any statement, merchant or representative of any unauthorized person(s).

Important Notice of Membership

Your membership entitles you to the features and benefits of the program as cited in writing on your official membership proposal and fulfillment certificate.  On your holiday(s), you will be staying in a well-appointed, modern hotel accommodations at a popular urban location near Dubai’s must-see attractions and famous beaches.

It is understood that you are not entitled to any other benefits not listed in the official written material including verbal representations given by a membership consultant and/or unlisted benefits shared through personal electronic communications including email, WhatsApp, SMS, WeChat, etc. 

Dubai Lifestyle Experience Exclusions:

Flights to/from UAE

UAE Visitor Visas unless specified on the front page as a benefit
Airport Transfers or any transportation unless specified on the front page as a benefit
Additional Hotel Rooms

Membership holidays are designed for two travelers. For families wishing to travel with children, members are entitled to purchase a second membership at the prevailing rate to accommodate family members with full benefits. If you wish to travel with children and want to stay in the same room, a request can be submitted to accommodate up to two children under the age of 12 (with breakfast) based on room availability and hotel policy. Any further member benefits and entitlements are not included for the children and must be arranged through the travel concierge at an additional cost.

Global Solutions, LLC, shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. Global Solutions, LLC, will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been meeting. YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PURCHASER SHALL NOT RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.
