Please DO NOT make any travel plans or book flights until you receive a confirmation letter. Once booked we will send you a confirmation letter for your travel dates. Make sure before you leave for your vacation you have all your travel documents and confirmation letter in hand.
The promoter of this vacation Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST39282 reservations are processed and confirmed by The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782. The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes (2) night’s accommodations in Gatlinburg which permits up to two adults and two children (under the age of 18 years) per room. Resort fees (if applicable) plus tax must be paid to the hotel upon check in. All reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date of the vacation. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Upon check-in, the purchaser will be required to provide the hotel with photo identification and an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. Guest is responsible for all applicable taxes, resort fees, security deposits, long distance phone service, room service fees, meals, transportation and any other items of a personal nature.
Customer may only purchase one voucher per household. Customer may purchase additional vouchers as gifts as long as the person/people receiving gift meets all terms and conditions of offer. No Group Travel... Group Travel is defined as more than one touring unit, (i.e., a married, cohabiting couple, single male or female), who are familiar with one another and have overlapping reservations for their stays. This also includes person/people traveling at the same time for events, conventions, meetings, etc.
Attendance at a sales presentation on the benefits of a discounted Vacation Program, lasting approximately 90 to 120 minutes, is required. Presentations may not be attended on check in or check out date. If married or cohabiting, couples must attend the entire sales presentation together. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the resort voucher or gifts and will be charged the retail value of the accommodations. Those that do not qualify and have attended presentation under false pretenses will be charged the retail value of the accommodations.
If you have already purchased and you’re ready to book your dates, please click on the link also provided in your Welcome Letter and complete your reservation form and submit form. We will handle all your travel needs, including adding additional family members, extra nights, car rentals, as well as discuss special needs and other questions you may have. All reservations are made on a space available basis from hotel allotments. Reschedules and cancels must be made at least 5 days prior to arrival date, failure to do so or failure to check in on the arrival date will result in being charged back for 1 room night plus tax. Minimum stay 2 nights/Maximum stay 4 nights strictly enforced. Reservations must be canceled at least 5 days prior to check in date, anything canceled less than 5 days prior to arrival date will results in a charge-back of 1 night plus tax. Reservations must be rescheduled at least 5 days prior to check in date, anything rescheduled less than 5 days prior to arrival date will results in a charge-back of 1 night plus tax plus the rack rate (published rate at hotel) of the new room. Not showing at hotel on your scheduled reservation date will result in charge-back for 1 night plus tax at the rack rate (published rate at hotel) of the new room. Advance notice is required as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited. You are permitted to change and/or cancel your reservation one time based on the cancellation policy. A $25.00 reschedule/cancel fee will apply to all reschedules and cancellations after the first one.
Your deposit will not be returned if:
1. You do not arrive for your confirmed reservation or do not cancel or reschedule within the permitted time frame.
2. You do not meet the terms and conditions of the offer or fail to attend the required resort preview.
AT TIME OF RESERVATION THERE IS A $100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WHICH WILL BE PROCESSED
BY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS.
*Any confirmed reservation that is canceled or any guest that does not meet the eligibility requirements will be subject to a $15.00 merchant processing fee and will be deducted from the deposit amount.
Married and cohabiting couples BOTH must be between the ages of 25 and 79 years of age with a combined annual income of at least $70,000 (US)
Single women must be between the ages of 30 and 79 years of age with an annual income of at least $70,000 (US)
All guests must undergo a soft credit screening (this does not affect their credit report), any guest that does not meet the minimum level set by resort. They will not be confirmed. Date of birth is a requirement for all reservation requests.
Identification: Government or state issued valid photo ID and valid major credit card required (no debit/check cards or temporary id’s) Passports are not accepted for guests residing in the continental US. Passports are accepted for international clients.
Couples must travel and attend the presentation together
Couples must have matching address on both their photo ID’s
A 90-120 Minute presentation required. Presentations cannot be done on check in or check out date.
No Group Travel. Group travel is defined as 2 of more parties that know each other traveling to the same resort during the same timeframe.
Guest must be able to speak, read, write and understand English or Spanish fluently and be capable of entering into a legal contract.
Not accepted: Guests that have toured a timeshare property within the last 18 months, guests that have toured more than twice in a lifetime, guests that are owners of any timeshare resort, or guests staying in anything other than an area hotel, guests that live 50 miles or closer to the presentation property, guests scheduled to tour another property in the presentation property area, full time students, unemployed guests, single men, guests with non-verifiable income, guests that do not meet the soft credit screening score, guests that are in bankruptcy or have an open mortgage modification, employees or family members of marketing company or timeshare resort, guests that live in Brazil, Columbia, Venezuela or Argentina
Guest is responsible for all applicable taxes, resort fees, security deposits, long distance phone service, room service fees, meals, transportation and any other items of a personal nature. All reservations are required to have a valid credit card to charge a one night plus the tax in order to confirm the reservation. All reservations require credit card at time of booking to guarantee reservations security deposit of $150.00 required at check in.
All Guests must agree to undergo a soft credit screening. Any guest that does not meet the minimum credit criteria established by the Company, in its sole discretion, may not be eligible to attend a timeshare sales presentation and will not receive any gifting.

Promotional Certificate Includes Up to 4 travelers receive 7 nights' accommodation in a resort condominium at a resort destination of their choice throughout the U.S., Canada, Caribbean and Mexico. Accommodations are provided at available resort properties in 1 Bedroom units that sleep up to 4 travelers. Availability is limited during peak seasons and peak seasons vary location and major holidays which include New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Two travel dates are required a preferred and alternative, each must be at least 45 days in advance with a minimum of 30 days between the two dates selected.
Government Taxes, Carrier and Agency Imposed Fees This promotional certificate requires payment of government taxes, carrier and agency-imposed fees which starts at $199 for each condominium unit reserved. Additional resort fees may be due at check in which are charged and collected by the resort.
Reservation Save the Date Deposit $150 Reservation Save the Date Deposit of $150 is due after a valid travel itinerary is selected by the registered promotional certificate holder. The registered promotional certificate holder may request the return of their refundable Reservation Save the Date Deposit at any time prior to the confirmation of travel by following the cancellation process defined in the terms and conditions.
This promotional certificate expires 1 year from the date this certificate is registered which must occur within 6 months from the Date Issued.

Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC, shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met. YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PURCHASER SHALL RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.
However, you may transfer the vacation package to a qualified recipient as a gift; and your package is good for 12 months, so there should be plenty of time to travel.
