Please DO NOT make any travel plans or book flights until you receive a confirmation letter. Once booked we will send you a confirmation letter for your travel dates. Make sure before you leave for your vacation you have all your travel documents and confirmation letter in hand.

OFFER

The promoter of this vacation Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST39282 reservations are processed and confirmed by The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782. The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes (2) night’s accommodations at Grand Bear Lodge at Starved Rock plus 4 water park passes. The Grand Bear Lodge at Starved Rock permits up to two adults and two children (under the age of 18 years) per room. This offer is subject to change without notice. Guests will be responsible for room tax and resort fee of approximately $45 and must be paid to the hotel upon check in. All reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date of the vacation. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Upon check-in, the purchaser will be required to provide the hotel with photo identification and an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. All incidentals including, but not limited to, airfare, ground transportation, food and taxes are the responsibility of the guest(s).

Customer may only purchase one voucher per household. Customer may purchase additional vouchers as gifts as long as the person/people receiving gift meets all terms and conditions of offer. No Group Travel... Group Travel is defined as more than one touring unit, (i.e., a married, cohabiting couple, single male or female), who are familiar with one another and have overlapping reservations for their stays. This also includes person/people traveling at the same time for events, conventions, meetings, etc.

Two nights of guest accommodations for 2 adults and up to 2 children 17 or younger, plus up to 4 water park passes and a $25 dining voucher that can be used anytime at the restaurant on property:

PRESENTATION:

Attendance at a sales presentation on the benefits of a discounted Vacation Program, lasting approximately 90 minutes, is required. If married or cohabiting, couples must attend the entire sales presentation together. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the resort voucher or gifts and will be charged the retail value of the accommodations. All room nights will be charged back for guests that do not meet the qualifications outlined above or does not attend the presentation.

RESERVATIONS:

If you have already purchased and you’re ready to book your dates, please click on the link also provided in your Welcome Letter and complete your reservation form and submit form. We will handle all your travel needs, including adding additional family members, extra nights, car rentals, as well as discuss special needs and other questions you may have. All reservations are made on a space available basis from hotel allotments. Reschedules and cancels must be made at least 10 days prior to arrival date, failure to do so or failure to check in on the arrival date will result in being charged back for 1 room night plus tax. Minimum stay 2 nights strictly enforced. Reservations must be canceled at least 10 days prior to check in date, anything canceled less than 10 days prior to arrival date will results in a charge-back of 1 night plus tax. Reservations must be rescheduled at least 10 days prior to check in date, anything rescheduled less than 10 days prior to arrival date will results in a charge-back of 1 night plus tax plus the rack rate (published rate at hotel) of the new room. Not showing at hotel on your scheduled reservation date will result in charge-back for 2 nights plus tax at the rack rate (published rate at hotel) of the new room. Advance notice is required as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited. In the event the offered accommodations are not available because of unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances, a rain check of equal or greater value will be provided to recipient. Owner/developer reserves the right to substitute like or similar accommodations. You are permitted to change and/or cancel your reservation one time based on the cancellation policy. A $25.00 reschedule/cancel fee will apply to all reschedules and cancellations after the first one.

Your deposit will not be returned if:

1. You do not arrive for your confirmed reservation or do not cancel or reschedule within the permitted time frame.

2. You do not meet the terms and conditions of the offer or fail to attend the required resort preview.

AT TIME OF RESERVATION THERE IS A $100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WHICH WILL BE PROCESSED

BY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS.

*Any confirmed reservation that is canceled or any guest that does not meet the eligibility requirements will be subject to a $15.00 merchant processing fee and will be deducted from the deposit amount.

ELIGIBILITY

This promotional offer is available to either married or cohabiting couples who are U.S. residents, at least 27 years of age, with an annual combined income of no less than $65,000.
Upon check-in, couples will be required to present two forms of identification, a valid driver’s license or governmental ID along with a major credit card, (Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover).
Neither debit cards nor checkbook are accepted as a substitute for the credit card requirement.
Cohabiting couples will be required to present identification with matching addresses.
The offer is not valid for anyone who currently is a member of any travel club or anyone who has attended a presentation with American Resorts International’s Holiday Network or ARI’s Vacation Club, in the last 36 months.
Timeshare owners are welcome. Travel Club owners are not eligible.
Children may attend the presentation with their parents as no childcare facilities are on the premises.
This offer is not available to single men or single women.
Married and cohabiting prospects may combine their incomes.
Guest must meet the qualifications and complete the presentation in order to have room cost covered at check-out.

NO PETS

The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782 acts as an agent for hotels and all other services supplied as part of this vacation package. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC, shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Both Global Solutions, LLC and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC are registered with the state of Florida as sellers of travel. YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PURCHASER SHALL NOT RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.

However, you may transfer the vacation package to a qualified recipient as a gift; and your package is good for 12 months, so there should be plenty of time to travel.
