These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the iHeart Travel platform powered by SavingsVIP, including all memberships, promotional hotel savings cards, vacation offers, resort stays, travel discounts, preview access, and related services promoted through iHeart Media, affiliated radio stations, digital properties, and marketing partners.

By purchasing, previewing, accessing, or using any portion of the iHeart Travel platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Program

iHeart Travel powered by SavingsVIP is a membership-based travel savings platform providing access to discounted travel pricing, hotel savings, resort stays, cruises, rental cars, vacation offers, and related travel benefits.

Membership features, pricing, supplier participation, travel inventory, and availability may change at any time without notice.

2. $500 Hotel Savings Card

The $500 Hotel Savings Card is a promotional hotel savings benefit offered separately from the membership platform.

The Hotel Savings Card:

Has no cash value
Is not redeemable for cash
May only be used according to participating supplier terms
May contain usage limitations, blackout dates, destination restrictions, or minimum stay requirements
Is subject to supplier participation and availability

3. Free Preview Access

Preview access may be offered for demonstration and review purposes only.

No credit card is required for preview access unless specifically stated.

Preview credentials, access privileges, and demonstration offers may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time without notice.

4. Resort Stay Pricing

Promotional pricing such as “Resort Stays Starting Below $199” reflects limited-availability promotional inventory and may vary based on:

Travel season
Destination
Resort inventory
Occupancy levels
Supplier participation
Holiday or peak travel periods

Pricing is generally quoted per stay or per accommodation unit unless otherwise specified.

Additional taxes, resort fees, housekeeping fees, government fees, upgrades, or other charges may apply depending on supplier and destination.

5. Price Match Guarantee

The 110% Price Match Guarantee applies only to identical publicly available travel offers with:

Identical travel dates
Same property or supplier
Same room category or accommodations
Same occupancy
Same cancellation policy and booking terms

SavingsVIP reserves the right to independently verify all claims before issuing any refund, credit, or adjustment.

Additional restrictions and exclusions may apply.

6. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Customers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase subject to the following conditions:

Refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of purchase
Membership usage must comply with all program policies
Fraud, abuse, excessive chargebacks, or misuse may void eligibility

Refund processing times may vary depending on payment processors and financial institutions.

7. No Guarantee of Savings

Actual travel savings may vary based on:

Travel dates
Supplier inventory
Destination
Public pricing fluctuations
Availability

No guarantee is made that every booking will result in savings compared to public travel websites or online travel agencies.

8. Third-Party Suppliers

iHeart Travel powered by SavingsVIP acts as a membership and promotional platform connecting users with independent third-party travel suppliers and providers.

Neither iHeart Media, SavingsVIP, affiliated radio stations, promotional personalities, nor marketing representatives are responsible for:

Supplier cancellations
Resort closures
Airline disruptions
Weather events
Travel restrictions
Overbookings
Supplier errors
Events beyond reasonable control

All reservations remain subject to the individual supplier’s own terms and conditions.

9. iHeart Media Protection

iHeart Media, affiliated radio stations, on-air personalities, digital properties, and promotional representatives are acting solely as independent advertising and promotional partners for this program. Adapted from the media protection provisions in the supplied terms.

iHeart Media and affiliated stations:

Do not own or operate the travel platform
Do not control travel inventory, supplier availability, or pricing
Are not travel providers or tour operators
Are not responsible for booking fulfillment, travel disputes, supplier performance, or cancellations

All customer service, refunds, reservations, travel fulfillment, and supplier obligations remain solely the responsibility of SavingsVIP and/or the applicable third-party suppliers.

By using this program, customers agree that any disputes, refund requests, claims, or service-related issues shall be directed exclusively to SavingsVIP or the applicable supplier, and not to iHeart Media, affiliated stations, or media personalities.

10. Membership Access & Usage

Membership access is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Unauthorized resale, sharing of credentials, automated scraping, abuse, or misuse of the platform may result in suspension or termination without refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iHeart Travel, SavingsVIP, iHeart Media, affiliated stations, promotional partners, suppliers, and representatives shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Supplier disputes
Lost reservations
Technical interruptions
Travel delays or disruptions
Booking issues caused by third-party suppliers

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the membership or promotional product.

12. Modifications

SavingsVIP reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, membership features, pricing, supplier participation, promotional offers, and travel benefits at any time without prior notice.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, previewing, accessing, or using iHeart Travel powered by SavingsVIP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
