Terms and Conditions

Please DO NOT make any travel plans or book flights until you receive a confirmation letter. Once booked we will send you a confirmation letter for your travel dates. Make sure before you leave for your vacation you have all your travel documents and confirmation letter in hand.

OFFER

​

The promoter of this vacation Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST39282 reservations are processed and confirmed by The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782. The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes (3) night’s accommodations at London Bridge Resort in a one-bedroom suite, parking and a $50 dining/resort credit. London Bridge Resort permits up to two adults and two children (under the age of 18 years) per room. Customer must have a valid major credit in their name for security deposit upon check-in. Security deposit will be released at check out. All reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date of the vacation. This offer is subject to change without notice. In the event the offered accommodations are not available because of unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances, a rain check of equal or greater value will be provided to recipient. Owner/developer reserves the right to substitute like or similar accommodations. also, if any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. All incidentals including, but not limited to, airfare, ground transportation, food and taxes are the responsibility of the guest(s).

Customer may only purchase one voucher per household. Customer may purchase additional vouchers as gifts as long as the person/people receiving gift meets all terms and conditions of offer. No Group Travel... Group Travel is defined as more than one touring unit, (i.e., a married, cohabiting couple, single male or female), who are familiar with one another and have overlapping reservations for their stays. This also includes person/people traveling at the same time for events, conventions, meetings, etc.

PRESENTATION:

All participants must attend a travel presentation of 90 minutes at the resort during their stay. Married and cohabiting couples must travel and attend the presentation together. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the resort voucher or gifts and will be charged the retail value of the accommodations plus tax. Those that do not qualify and have attended presentation under false pretenses will be charged the retail value of the accommodations plus tax. Consumption or the influence of alcohol is not permitted during the sales presentation. Guest(s) will be refused to tour without refund and subject to a charge-back for all nights (3 Nights) at the rack rate (published rate at hotel) plus tax.

RESERVATIONS:

If you have already purchased and you’re ready to book your dates, please click on the link also provided in your Welcome Letter and complete your reservation form and submit form. We will handle all your travel needs, including adding additional family members, extra nights, car rentals, as well as discuss special needs and other questions you may have. All reservations are made on a space available basis from hotel allotments. Minimum stay 3 nights strictly enforced. A one-night charge back occurs when a client does not check in as scheduled or does not provide adequate cancellation or rescheduling notice. Reservations cannot be accepted less than 7 days prior to arrival. Cancels and reschedules must be requested at least 5 business days (Monday to Friday) prior to check in date, failure to do so will result in a 1-night charge plus tax. You are permitted to change and/or cancel your reservation one time based on the cancellation policy. A $25.00 reschedule/cancel fee will apply to all reschedules and cancellations after the first one.

Your deposit will not be returned if:

1. You do not arrive for your confirmed reservation or do not cancel or reschedule within the permitted time frame.

2. You do not meet the terms and conditions of the offer or fail to attend the required resort preview.

AT TIME OF RESERVATION THERE IS A $100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WHICH WILL BE PROCESSED

BY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS.

*Any confirmed reservation that is canceled or any guest that does not meet the eligibility requirements will be subject to a $15.00 merchant processing fee and will be deducted from the deposit amount.

 

ELIGIBILITY​

 

  • This offer is available to married, and cohabiting couples, as well as single women and single men, all of whom must meet specific qualification criteria.

  • In the case of a married or cohabiting couple, both members must attend together and at least one member of the couple must be at least 25 years of age and no older than 70 years of age.

  • The couple must earn an annual combined income at least $45,000.

  • A single female must be at least 35 years of age and no older than 70 years of age and have a personal, annual income of at least $45,000.

  • A single male must be at least 40 years of age and no older than 70 years of age and have a personal annual income of no less than $45,000. 

  • All participants must have a government-issued photo identification card such as a driver’s license.

  • Each couple, (married or cohabiting), single female and single male, must have a valid major credit card, (VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). Neither debit cards, checkbooks nor pre-paid cards can be used as a replacement for the credit card requirement.

  •  Participants who have toured at London Bridge Resort on one previous occasion, they must wait 18 months to tour again.

  • If participants have toured London Bridge Resort two or more times in the past, they are prohibited from doing so again.

  • Current travel club members and timeshare owners are welcome.

  • Any prospect who is currently an owner with London Bridge Resort may participate, but they must disclose their current membership in advance. 

  • Children may not attend the presentation, but there is a supervised kid’s care area on the premises where children can wait for their parents.                                                

  • Employees of London Bridge Resort, their affiliates and their immediate families are ineligible for this offer.

  • No Group Travel... Group travel is defined as 2 of more parties that know each other traveling to the same resort during the same timeframe.

  • NO PETS

The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782 acts as an agent for hotels and all other services supplied as part of this vacation package. Global Solutions, LLC or The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC, shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Both Global Solutions, LLC and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC are registered with the state of Florida as sellers of travel. Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel Registration # ST39282 and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel #ST37782.

 

YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PURCHASER SHALL NOT RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.

However, you may transfer the vacation package to a qualified recipient as a gift; and your package is good for 12 months, so there should be plenty of time to travel.

This is neither an offer to sell nor a solicitation of offers to buy in any state or other jurisdiction in which registration requirements have not been met.
