IF YOU PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE HOTEL SAVINGS CARD. YOU MAY NOT USE THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS TWICE TO REGISTER THE OTHER HOTEL SAVINGS CARDS.
The recipient may use the value of the Award solely to save on hotel stays, subject to the terms and conditions found. Upon activation, you may use your Hotel Savings Card to enjoy discounts in designated amounts on hotel bookings made through the Website. The amount of Hotel Savings that can be used for any particular booking varies and will be shown on the Website in the green savings banner; the remaining balance after the Hotel Savings are applied must be paid with a major credit card or debit card.
Global Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. Global Solutions, LLC will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Both Global Solutions, LLC is registered with the state of Florida as sellers of travel. Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel Registration # ST39282.
Customer may only purchase one voucher per household. Customer may purchase additional vouchers as gifts.
YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PURCHASER SHALL RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.

Do we offer any type of guarantee on getting the lowest prices?
Yes, in fact, if you find a lower price we will not only match the price, we'll give you an additional 10% of the difference.
Having said that, in this day and age, the Internet allows prices to sometimes be changed on a second by second basis. As a result, it is sometimes difficult to ensure that any website displays the lowest price 100% of the time. While we do our best to ensure that this is the case, occasionally you may find a lower price on another site. In such cases, we stand behind our low price guarantee, 100% of the time. Simply contact us and let your friendly Concierge Travel Specialists know what happened. They will be more than happy to honor the lower price, and refund you an additional 10% of the difference on top.
Conditions of Price Match Guarantee Policy
We guarantee our pricing against any other published pricing, available to the general public, for the same exact travel. At a minimum, this means, the same arrival and departure dates, the same property, the same room, the same size unit, the same itinerary and the same departure and arrival dates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we cannot match consolidator fares, fares that have been acquired through auction or bid, fares that are non-refundable due to supplier policies, such as hotel bookings where a special rate was received in exchange for the booking being non-refundable,
or Internet fares for which we cannot verify the price and exact itinerary.
How to Submit Your Supporting Documents
A complete physical copy of the competing offer must be received in our office (verifying the exact time and date of the competing quote) and contact your friendly Concierge Travel Specialists within 48 hours of receiving it from the supplier; and the offer must be available to be booked at that time.
