Please DO NOT make any travel plans or book flights until you receive a confirmation letter. Once booked we will send you a confirmation letter for your travel dates. Make sure before you leave for your vacation you have all your travel documents and confirmation letter in hand.
The promoter of this vacation Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST39282 reservations are processed and confirmed by The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782. The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes (4) night’s Ancora Resort and Marina Jr. Suite in 4-star accommodation. includes airport pick up, All-Inclusive (Food and Drinks/Alcohol). The vacation permits up to 2 Adults and 2 Children (up to the age of 12) per room. All reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date of the vacation. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Upon check-in, the purchaser will be required to provide the resort with passport and photo identification and an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. Guest is responsible for all applicable taxes, resort fees, security deposits, long distance phone service, room service fees, transportation and any other items of a personal nature. A RESORT PREVIEW IS REQUIRED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS OFFER. A ONE TIME CHARGE OF RESORT RESERVATION FEE OF $140.00 PER STAY AND $120USD, RESORT FEES AND TAXES (2 CHILDREN UP TO AGE 12 STAY AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE). TOTAL AMOUNT DUE AT TIME OF RESERVATION CONFIRMATION IS $140.00USD and $120.00USD FOR TAXES AND RESORT FEES WILL BE PAID AT TIME OF CHECK-IN. SAID PAYMENT OF $140.00 FOR RESERVATION CONFIRMATION WHICH WILL BE COLLECTED AT TIME OF BOOKING AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE. SAID PAYMENT OF $120.00USD FOR TAXES AND RESORT FEES WILL BE PAID UPON CHECK-IN AT THE RESORT. Christmas, New Years, Easter, and Spring Break Holidays: based on availability and will incur an extra charge. All additions and upgrades must be paid upfront -Upgrade from Junior Suite to a Deluxe One Bedroom=$100USD per night -Additional night/s= $125USD + $23USD per night/per adult -3rd Kid, if applicable, between the ages of 2 and 12= $80USD per night -Kids from 13 to 17 years old= $100USD per night -Any additional person for airport pick up (2 Adults and 2 Children.
Customer may only purchase one voucher per household. Customer may purchase additional vouchers as gifts as long as the person/people receiving gift meets all terms and conditions of offer. No Group Travel... Group Travel is defined as more than one touring unit, (i.e., a married, cohabiting couple, single male or female), who are familiar with one another and have overlapping reservations for their stays. This also includes person/people traveling at the same time for events, conventions, meetings, etc.
Guest must attend with their spouse up to 120-minute Latitude Vacation Club and must have Valid Photo ID in addition to Passport (Driver’s License, Voting Card -Guests must speak either: English, Spanish, or Portuguese. Married or cohabiting, couples must attend the entire sales presentation together. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the resort voucher or gifts and will result in a charge-back for 4 nights plus tax at the rack rate (published rate at resort) based on room an amount of guests booked. Those that do not qualify and have attended presentation under false pretenses will result in a charge-back for 4 nights plus tax at the rack rate (published rate at resort) based on room an amount of guests booked.
If you have already purchased and you’re ready to book your dates, please click on the link also provided in your Welcome Letter and complete your reservation form and submit form. We will handle all your travel needs, including adding additional family members, extra nights, as well as discuss special needs and other questions you may have. All reservations are made on a space available basis from hotel allotments with a minimum stay of 4 nights. Check-In Process: -Guest will arrive at Ancora Punta Cana and proceed to the Club Ancora Welcome Center located in the lobby -There the guest will receive his tour date and time and proceed to check in. Rescheduling/Cancellations: -Reschedules/Cancellations should be done with at least 15 days or more prior to the check in date. Those who do not follow these guidelines will results in a charge-back of 4 nights plus tax at the rack rate (published rate at resort) based on room an amount of guests booked. Not showing at hotel on your scheduled reservation date will result in a charge-back for 4 nights plus tax at the rack rate (published rate at resort) based on room an amount of guests booked. Advance notice is required as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited. The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC must be notified by the Guest, of any changes or they will be charged as stated in the Reservation section. You are permitted to change and/or cancel your reservation one time based on the cancellation policy. A $25.00 reschedule/cancel fee will apply to all reschedules and cancellations after the first one.
Your deposit will not be returned if:
1. You do not arrive for your confirmed reservation or do not cancel or reschedule within the permitted time frame.
2. You do not meet the terms and conditions of the offer or fail to attend the required resort preview.
AT TIME OF RESERVATION THERE IS A $100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WHICH WILL BE PROCESSED
BY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS.
*Any confirmed reservation that is canceled or any guest that does not meet the eligibility requirements will be subject to a $15.00 merchant processing fee and will be deducted from the deposit amount.
Guest must be from USA or Canada-Married couples or cohabitating (ID’s addresses must match) between ages of 35 and 75 -Valid International Credit Card (No Debit Cards Accepted) -No Singles
Guests must have and present current valid passport or other government issued identification.
Guests must be able to read and speak fluently either: English, Spanish, or Portuguese
At least one individual in each couple must be either gainfully employed or retired with annual salary or investment income per household equal to at least $50,000 USD for US citizen may take advantage of this offers or $75,000 Canadian dollars for Canadian citizens.
4 Night Minimum Stay Required
Newly Weds must bring original marriage license or certificate and government identification with matching address.
Two Couple traveling together may not take advantage of this offer.
Owners or employees of the Resort (or their family members) may not take advantage of this offer.
Individuals who have traveled to an Ancora Resort and Marina within the immediately preceding 12 months and attended a Presentation may not take advantage of this offer.
Individuals who have been invited once before to participate in this Ancora Resort and Marina promotional package may not take advantage of this offer.
Individuals who work in the following industries: hospitality, military, travel agency, time share related and airlines employees may not take advantage of this offer.
Guest must not have had a bankruptcy or mortgage foreclosure during the last year.
At least one of the individuals of the traveling couple will be required to have a credit score of 620 or higher. Latitude Vacation Club will use Experian’s soft scoring credit profile platform for said purpose. Should neither individual meet the score of 620 or higher, the reservation will not be confirmed.

Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC, shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Both Global Solutions, LLC and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC are registered with the state of Florida as sellers of travel. YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PURCHASER SHALL NOT RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.
However, you may transfer the vacation package to a qualified recipient as a gift; and your package is good for 12 months, so there should be plenty of time to travel.
