Please DO NOT make any travel plans or book flights until you receive a confirmation letter. Once booked we will send you a confirmation letter for your travel dates. Make sure before you leave for your vacation you have all your travel documents and confirmation letter in hand.

The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes a stay at

4 DAYS, 3 NIGHTS' ACCOMMODATIONS

IN A SELECT PREFERRED PARTNER AREA HOTEL SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BEST WESTERN, CLARION, COUNTY INN & SUITES, HOLIDAY INN, LAQUINTA,

QUALITY INN & SLEEP INN

The Smoky Mountains offer permits up to two adults and two children (under the age of 18 years) per room. All reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date of the vacation. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Upon check-in, the purchaser will be required to provide the hotel with photo identification and an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. Transportation to and from destinations, meals, gratuities, hotel taxes, resort fees, parking, and incidentals are not included.

Customer may only purchase one voucher per household. Customer may purchase additional vouchers as gifts as long as the person/people receiving gift meets all terms and conditions of offer. No Group Travel... Group Travel is defined as more than one touring unit, (i.e., a married, cohabiting couple, single male or female), who are familiar with one another and have overlapping reservations for their stays. This also includes person/people traveling at the same time for events, conventions, meetings, etc. This offer may not be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer provided by the promoter, or its affiliates. This offer is limited to one vacation per household and is not valid for groups, family reunions (2 or more families traveling together), or for attending a convention or conference.

PRESENTATION:​

Attendance at a sales presentation on the benefits of a discounted Vacation Program, lasting approximately 120 minutes, is required. If married or cohabiting, couples must attend the entire sales presentation together. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the resort voucher and will be charged the retail value of the accommodations. Any guest that checks into the hotel but fails to attend the presentation or any guests not meeting the qualifications will result in being charged for all room nights at rack rate plus tax.

RESERVATIONS:​

If you have already purchased and you’re ready to book your dates, please click on the link also provided in your Welcome Letter and complete your reservation form and submit form. We will handle all your travel needs, including adding additional family members, extra nights, car rentals, as well as discuss special needs and other questions you may have. All reservations are made on a space available basis from hotel allotments.  Reservations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 5 business days prior to arrival date, failure to cancel or reschedule at least 5 business days prior to scheduled arrival date will result in being charged back for 1 room night plus tax. Reservations are not processed on Saturday or Sunday including cancellations and reschedules. Reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to check in date. Not showing at hotel on your scheduled reservation date will result in a charge-back for 1 night plus tax at the rack rate (published rate at hotel) of the new room. Advance notice is required as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited. Guests are housed in standard hotel accommodations and will be responsible for any incidentals over the basic room cost. You are permitted to change and/or cancel your reservation one time based on the cancellation policy.  A $25.00 reschedule/cancel fee will apply to all reschedules and cancellations after the first one.

Your deposit will not be returned if:

1. You do not arrive for your confirmed reservation or do not cancel or reschedule within the permitted time frame.

2. You do not meet the terms and conditions of the offer or fail to attend the required resort preview.

AT TIME OF RESERVATION THERE IS A $100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WHICH WILL BE PROCESSED

BY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS.

*Any confirmed reservation that is canceled or any guest that does not meet the eligibility requirements will be subject to a $15.00 merchant processing fee and will be deducted from the deposit amount.

 

ELIGIBILITY​

  • Offer is valid for married or cohabitating couples 28 years of age or older (if married or cohabitating with a significant other, at least one individual must meet this requirement).

  • Have a valid driver's license or government-issued identification, if cohabitating guest must have matching address I.D.

  • Have a valid personal credit card bearing a MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express® or Discover® logo, debit cards are not accepted.  (If married or cohabitating with a significant other, at least one individual must meet this requirement).

  • Have a gross annual household income of at least $60,000. If cohabiting with a significant other and combining income, proof of cohabitation through government-issued identifications showing identical home addresses is required.

  • Cannot have not filed for bankruptcy protection or been adjudicated bankrupt or insolvent within the past 7 years, or be refinancing or purchasing a new home at time of presentation.

  • Be able to speak and understand English fluently and reside in a state where Fulfillment Company is licensed, registered and otherwise qualified to market and sell interest in the Bluegreen Vacation Club.

  • Must meet Fulfillment Company’s then current requirements to be deemed creditworthy” (currently this requires vacation offer purchasers to have a FICO score of 601 or higher).

  • Must attend and complete an approximately two-hour Bluegreen Vacation Club® sales presentation and tour. If married, or cohabiting with a significant other, both individuals must attend and complete the timeshare sales presentation together.

  • Guests shall not include employees of Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc., Bluegreen Vacation Club, Bluegreen Vacations Corporation or any of their respective subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, “Bluegreen”); Bluegreen fixed week owners; holders of reservations at a Bluegreen Resort or preview center destination; and those who have purchased a Bluegreen sponsored vacation package without a Bluegreen timeshare purchase within the past 15 months.

  • Offer is not valid for Special Events and Holidays.

  • No Pets

 

The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782 acts as an agent for hotels and all other services supplied as part of this vacation package. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC, shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Both Global Solutions, LLC and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC are registered with the state of Florida as sellers of travel. Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel Registration # ST39282 and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782.

YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PURCHASER SHALL NOT RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.

However, you may transfer the vacation package to a qualified recipient as a gift; and your package is good for 12 months, so there should be plenty of time to travel.

This is neither an offer to sell nor a solicitation of offers to buy in any state or other jurisdiction in which registration requirements have not been met.
