Savings VIP Travel Club Membership

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Savings VIP Travel Club Membership, hotel savings benefits, promotional offers, and related travel services provided through Savings VIP and affiliated marketing and media partners, including Sweet Deals and participating Cumulus Media markets.

By purchasing, accessing, previewing, or using any portion of the Savings VIP Travel Club platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

Savings VIP Travel Club is a membership-based travel savings platform providing access to discounted travel pricing, hotel savings, resort stays, vacation offers, cruises, rental cars, and related travel benefits.

Membership benefits, pricing, supplier participation, and availability may vary at any time without notice.

2. BONUS HOTEL SAVINGS CARD

The $500 Hotel Savings Card is a promotional hotel savings benefit provided separately from the travel club membership.

The Hotel Savings Card:

• Has no cash value

• Is not redeemable for cash

• May only be used according to participating supplier terms

• May contain usage limitations, blackout dates, or destination restrictions

• Is subject to availability and supplier participation

Savings displayed on the website are examples only and are not guaranteed for every booking.

3. FREE PREVIEW ACCESS

Preview access is provided strictly for review purposes.

No credit card is required to explore the preview system.

Preview access credentials may be changed, suspended, or removed at any time without notice.

4. RESORT STAY PRICING

Promotional pricing such as “Resort Stays Starting Below $199” reflects limited availability offers based on:

• Travel season

• Destination

• Resort inventory

• Occupancy

• Supplier participation

Pricing is typically quoted per stay or per unit, not per person, unless otherwise stated.

Additional taxes, resort fees, upgrades, housekeeping charges, or government fees may apply depending on the destination or supplier.

5. PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

The 110% Price Match Guarantee applies only to identical publicly available travel offers with:

• The same travel dates

• Same property or supplier

• Same room type or accommodations

• Same cancellation terms

• Same occupancy and conditions

Savings VIP reserves the right to independently verify all claims before issuing any refund or credit.

Guarantee exclusions may apply.

6. 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Customers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase subject to the following:

• Request must be submitted within 30 calendar days

• Membership must not have violated program usage policies

• Abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or misuse voids eligibility

Refund processing times may vary depending on payment provider and financial institution.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF SAVINGS

Actual savings will vary based on:

• Destination

• Travel dates

• Supplier inventory

• Public pricing fluctuations

• Availability

No guarantee is made that every booking will result in savings versus public travel websites.

8. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS

Savings VIP acts as a membership platform connecting users with third-party travel providers and suppliers.

Savings VIP, Sweet Deals, Cumulus Media, affiliated radio stations, promotional partners, and marketing representatives are not responsible for:

• Supplier cancellations

• Resort closures

• Airline disruptions

• Weather events

• Overbookings

• Travel restrictions

• Supplier errors

• Acts beyond reasonable control

All reservations remain subject to the individual supplier’s terms and conditions.

9. SWEET DEALS / CUMULUS MEDIA PROTECTION

Sweet Deals, Cumulus Media, affiliated stations, personalities, media partners, and promotional representatives are acting solely as independent marketing and advertising partners for this promotion.

Sweet Deals and Cumulus Media:

• Do not own or operate the travel platform

• Do not control inventory, pricing, or supplier availability

• Are not travel providers or tour operators

• Are not responsible for booking fulfillment, cancellations, supplier performance, or travel disputes

All travel services, pricing, reservations, customer service, refunds, and travel fulfillment responsibilities remain solely with Savings VIP and/or the applicable third-party travel suppliers.

By purchasing or using this offer, customers agree that any claims, disputes, refund requests, or customer service matters related to travel services shall be directed to Savings VIP or the applicable supplier, and not to Sweet Deals, Cumulus Media, affiliated stations, or on-air personalities.

10. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS

Membership access is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

Unauthorized resale, sharing, abuse, automated scraping, or misuse of login credentials may result in suspension or termination without refund.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savings VIP, Sweet Deals, Cumulus Media, affiliated radio stations, marketing partners, suppliers, and representatives shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages

• Consequential damages

• Travel interruptions

• Lost reservations

• Supplier disputes

• Delays or technical issues

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the membership.

12. MODIFICATIONS

Savings VIP reserves the right to modify:

• Membership features

• Supplier participation

• Pricing

• Promotional offers

• Terms & Conditions

at any time without prior notice.

13. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
