Please DO NOT make any travel plans or book flights until you receive a confirmation letter. Once booked we will send you a confirmation letter for your travel dates. Make sure before you leave for your vacation you have all your travel documents and confirmation letter in hand.

OFFER

The promoter of this vacation Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST 39282 reservations are processed and confirmed by The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782. The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes accommodations for 2 GUESTS ON PRIVATE CAMP SITE. (Anyone under the age of 21 must be with spouse, parent or guardian). All reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date of the vacation. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Customer may purchase additional vouchers as gifts.

RESERVATIONS:

If you have already purchased and you’re ready to book your dates, please click on the link also provided in your Welcome Letter and complete your reservation form and submit form. We will handle all your travel needs, including adding additional family members, extra nights, car rentals, as well as discuss special needs and other questions you may have. All reservations are made on a space-available basis and subject to allotments. Reservations must be made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date. Reservations must be canceled at least 15 days prior to the check-in date. Any cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the arrival date will result in a charge-back of 7 nights plus tax. Reservations must be rescheduled at least 15 days prior to the check-in date. Any reservations rescheduled less than 15 days prior to the arrival date will result in a charge-back of 7 nights plus tax. Not showing up at Treehouse Farm on your scheduled reservation date will result in a charge-back of 7 nights plus tax. Advance notice is required, as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited. Upon check-in, the purchaser will be required to provide valid photo identification and an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. Transportation to and from destinations, meals, gratuities, and incidentals are not included. You are permitted to change and/or cancel your reservation once based on the cancellation policy. A $25.00 reschedule/cancel fee will apply to all reschedules and cancellations after the first one.

AT TIME OF RESERVATION THERE IS A $100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

WHICH WILL BE PROCESSED BY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS.

Your deposit will not be returned if you do not arrive for your confirmed reservation or do not cancel or reschedule within the permitted time frame.
Any confirmed reservation that is canceled will be due $15.00 merchant processing fee and will be deducted from the deposit amount.
Guests must present a valid state issued photo ID (Passports are acceptable for guests with no other state or government issued ID's, military ID' s are not acceptable) and a major credit card or debt card with Visa or Master Card logo.

The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782 acts as an agent for hotels and all other services supplied as part of this vacation package. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC, shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Both Global Solutions, LLC and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC are registered with the state of Florida as sellers of travel. Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel Registration # ST39282 and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel #ST37782.

YOU MAY CANCEL THIS OFFER WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS OFFER IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PURCHASER SHALL NOT RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS OFFER. THIS OFFER IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.

However, you may transfer the vacation package to a qualified recipient as a gift; and your package is good for 12 months, so there should be plenty of time to travel.
