Please DO NOT make any travel plans or book flights until you receive a confirmation letter. Once booked we will send you a confirmation letter for your travel dates. Make sure before you leave for your vacation you have all your travel documents and confirmation letter in hand.

OFFER

The promoter of this vacation Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST39282 reservations are processed and confirmed by The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782. The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes (2) night’s accommodations in Williamsburg plus 2 Busch Garden tickets and permits up to two adults and two children (under the age of 18 years) per room. Customer must have a valid credit or debit card in their name with an available line of credit to hold $100 resort security deposit upon check-in. Security deposit will be released at check out. Customer will pay depending on season $5-$15 per night Resort Fee at check-in for use all resort amenities/housekeeping. All reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date of the vacation. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value Guest is responsible for all incidentals such as, but not limited to, resort fees, sales tax, long distance phone service, key deposit, meals and transportation.

Customer may only purchase one voucher per household. Customer may purchase additional vouchers as gifts as long as the person/people receiving gift meets all terms and conditions of offer. No Group Travel... Group Travel is defined as more than one touring unit, (i.e. a married, cohabiting couple, single male or female), who are familiar with one another and have overlapping reservations for their stays. This also includes person/people traveling at the same time for events, conventions, meetings, etc.

PRESENTATION:

Attendance to a 90-minute resort preview is required. Married and cohabiting couples must travel and attend the presentation together. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the resort voucher or gifts and will be charged the retail value of the accommodations plus tax. Those that do not qualify and have attended presentation under false pretenses will be charged the retail value of the accommodations plus tax. Consumption or the influence of alcohol is not permitted during the sales presentation. Guest(s) will be refused to tour without refund and subject to a charge-back for all nights (2 Nights) at the rack rate (published rate at hotel) plus tax.

RESERVATIONS:

If you have already purchased and you’re ready to book your dates, please click on the link also provided in your Welcome Letter and complete your reservation form and submit form. We will handle all your travel needs, including adding additional family members, extra nights, car rentals, as well as discuss special needs and other questions you may have. All reservations are made on a space available basis from hotel allotments. Minimum stay 2 nights, strictly enforced. You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. Reservations must be made at least 14 days prior to check in date. Reservations must be canceled at least 7 days prior to check in date, anything canceled less than 7 days prior to arrival date will results in a charge-back of $100. Not showing at hotel on your scheduled reservation date will result in a charge-back for all nights (2 Nights) at the rack rate (published rate at hotel)plus tax, plus cost of the new room . Advance notice is required as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited. You are permitted to change and/or cancel your reservation one time based on the cancellation policy. A $25.00 reschedule/cancel fee will apply to all reschedules and cancellations after the first one.

Your deposit will not be returned if:

1. You do not arrive for your confirmed reservation or do not cancel or reschedule within the permitted time frame.

2. You do not meet the terms and conditions of the offer or fail to attend the required resort preview.

AT TIME OF RESERVATION THERE IS A $100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WHICH WILL BE PROCESSED

BY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS.

*Any confirmed reservation that is canceled or any guest that does not meet the eligibility requirements will be subject to a $15.00 merchant processing fee and will be deducted from the deposit amount.

ELIGIBILITY

The resort is offering this first-time visitor promotion and will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, if you are traveling with others this package cannot be used for this trip, but you can save it for later. Otherwise, there are additional costs associated with group travel.

GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID MAJOR CREDIT or DEBIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL Single Women MUST have a MAJOR CREDIT CARD or WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL. Legally Single Women from state of Virginia are not eligible for this promotion. The Welcome Center believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.
PRE-PAID & RE-LOADABLE DEBIT CARDS DO NOT QUALIFY AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN.

You are not eligible if you have previously attended a presentation.

Must tour with spouse/fiancé/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.

Married or Cohabitating couples - both must be age 28 - 68. Single Women must be 30 - 65. No Single Male

Married & Cohabitating Couples must have a Minimum $60,000 USD Annual Income. Single Women must have a Minimum $75,000 USD Annual Income. Must not be in the process of bankruptcy. Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify, however, retirees that meet other qualifications are accepted.

SELF-EMPLOYED must bring a business card with their name on it to show at check-in or will be subject to the penalty and void the promotional rate. No home based business owner will qualify for this promotional offer.

Income excludes any and all income derived from unemployment, alimony, child support, Social Security, temporary/permanent disability, commissions, real estate commissions, real estate investments, rental property, or tips.

All participants of presentation must be fluent in English without the help of an interpreter.

Married and cohabitating couples must present a major credit card or debit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.

Single Women must present a major credit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.

Married and cohabitating couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).

Cohabitating couples must have a minimum of 6 months living together and bring government issued IDS with matching addresses.

All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).

If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.

This promotion is for US Citizens only, except residents from the following states are NOT eligible: Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Iowa, Washington and residents of US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

James City, York & Williamsburg County or guests residing in within 60 miles radius are NOT eligible..

Can not be a travel agent, timeshare agent, Current or Past Timeshare Owner, or Current or Past member of a VOA, or a parent or child of an owner, employee or relative of an employee.

Participants that have toured any location within the last 6 months, or have participated in a discounted promotional offer requiring a tour more than twice in a lifetime are NOT ELIGIBLE for the promotional offer.

Single Women from Virginia are not eligible.

Single Women are not eligible during Peak Holiday dates.

Cannot have consecutive promotional packages. Cannot be attending or participating in a sporting event, convention, or family reunion.

The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. Global Solutions or The Welcome Center believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.

NO PETS

The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782 acts as an agent for hotels and all other services supplied as part of this vacation package. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC, shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Both Global Solutions, LLC and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC are registered with the state of Florida as sellers of travel. Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel Registration # ST39282 and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel #ST37782.

YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PURCHASER SHALL NOT RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.

However, you may transfer the vacation package to a qualified recipient as a gift; and your package is good for 12 months, so there should be plenty of time to travel.

This advertising material is being used for the purpose of soliciting the sales of a vacation membership program.

This is neither an offer to sell nor a solicitation of offers to buy in any state or other jurisdiction in which registration requirements have not been met.
