Please DO NOT make any travel plans or book flights until you receive a confirmation letter. Once booked we will send you a confirmation letter regarding your travel dates. Make sure before you leave for your vacation you have all your travel documents and confirmation letter in hand.

OFFER

The promoter of this vacation Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST39282 reservations are processed and confirmed by The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782. The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes vacation package is for WYNDHAM GRAND CANCUN ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT & VILLAS, 5days/4nights - All-Inclusive - 2 Adults 30-70 and 2 Kids (0 to 5 years old Included). All reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date of the vacation. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Upon check-in, the purchaser will be required to provide the hotel with photo identification/passport along with stamped immigration papers confirming arrival date. Guest will also have to provide imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges or guest will not be allowed to check into hotel. Guest will pay Resort fees due at time of booking ($275 Includes Resort Fees & Taxes). Guests are responsible for all applicable taxes, resort fees, security deposits or anything of a personal nature. A MANDATORY 2 -way airport pick up is $80 paid to the resort by Clients.

Guest will have the opportunity to upgrade, add extra nights or people during their verification call, all EXTRAS: Additional nights, Adults, and children over 5 to be paid to the resort by Clients. Airport transportation for guest will be offered both one-way and round-trip at a preference rate. Guests are responsible for all other transportation. The hotel does not guarantee ocean view rooms with this promotional offer. They may be purchased at time of reservation. this promotional offer does not include all-inclusive room service or top shelf liquor. Those upgrades may be purchased at time of reservation.

Customer may only purchase one voucher per household. Customer may purchase additional vouchers as gifts as long as the person/people receiving gift meets all terms and conditions of offer. No Group Travel... Group Travel is defined as more than one touring unit, (i.e., a married, cohabiting couple, single male or female), who are familiar with one another and have overlapping reservations for their stays. This also includes person/people traveling at the same time for events, conventions, meetings, etc.

PRESENTATION:

Attendance at a sales presentation on the benefits of a Vacation Program, Guests must attend a 90-to-120-minute presentation at the resort *presentation time will be set up by resort. Presentations may not be attended on check in or check out date. If married or cohabiting, couples and all travelers must attend the entire sales presentation together. There is no obligation to purchase but all travelers must attend presentation. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the resort voucher or gifts and will be charged the retail value of the accommodations. Those that fail to meet qualifications or attend the presentation under false pretenses will be charged the full retail value of the accommodations. All persons in the party must attend the presentation.

RESERVATIONS:

If you have already purchased and you’re ready to book your dates, please click on the link also provided in your Welcome Letter and complete your reservation form and submit form. We will handle all your travel needs, including adding additional family members, extra nights, car rentals, as well as discuss special needs and other questions you may have. All reservations are made on a space available basis from hotel allotments. Reservations canceled or rescheduled at least 22 or more days prior to the check-in date have no additional cost. Reservations canceled or rescheduled 20 or less days prior to check-in date will incur a Late Fee penalty equivalent to the cost of a 2-night stay (based on the resort rack rates). None arrivals will be charged the equivalent cost of the entire 4-night stay at resort rack rates. If client has misrepresented their qualifications for this offer the penalty is equivalent to the cost of the entire 4-night stay at resort rack rates. Resort fees and taxes are the responsibility of the guest and must be prepaid prior to arrival, this will be collected by the resort during the confirmation call. You are permitted to change and/or cancel your reservation one time based on the cancellation policy. A $25.00 reschedule/cancel fee will apply to all reschedules and cancellations after the first one.

ELIGIBILITY

Prospects must meet following requirements:

• All couples must be legal residents of the United States or Canada (except French Canadians), must have a U.S. or Canadian passport or green card (H1 or J1 temporary work visas are not allowed), be employed or self-employed, be legally married or have lived together for at least 3 years, be between 35 and 65 years old. In all cases, both husband and wife must be fluent in English or Spanish.

• Gay couples must be between 35 and 65 years old.

• Single women must be between 35 and 65 years old.

• Retired couples must be between 50 and 65 years old.

• For all couples, the combined minimum annual income must be $85,000.00 USD (Eighty-five thousand dollars 00/100 National Currency of the United States of America). For single women, the minimum annual income must be $85,000.00 USD (Eighty-five thousand dollars 00/100 National Currency of the United States of America). In all cases, proof of income must be submitted by THE VENDOR if requested by Caracol Club Vacacional.

• All customers must have and present at check-in one valid major credit card either VISA, MC, AMEX or DISCOVER. Corporate or debit cards are not allowed.

• All travelers must have and present at the time of check-in, current identity documents and with the same address.

Prospects who do not qualify are:

• Single men.

• Single women traveling in the company of a man.

• Potential customers with more than 2 vacation packages pending purchase are not eligible.

• Two or more couples traveling together.

• People from any other country other than those mentioned in the previous paragraph.

• Employees of hotels, airlines, travel agencies or any activity related to hospitality and timeshare; ministers of any kind of church; if they are traveling without a husband or wife or in the middle of a divorce; and people who have taken a Caracol Club Vacacional presentation during the last five years.

• Caracol Club Vacacional Members.

• Presentation of debit cards.

• The corporate card will only be allowed if they own the company and can prove it.

• Traveling by cruise.

Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC, shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met.
