These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Yapit Travel platform powered by SavingsVIP, including all memberships, promotional hotel savings cards, vacation offers, resort stays, travel discounts, preview access, and related services promoted through Yapit Travel, affiliated media partners, publishers, influencers, event promoters, digital properties, charitable organizations, and marketing partners.

By purchasing, previewing, accessing, or using any portion of the Yapit Travel platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Program

Yapit Travel powered by SavingsVIP is a membership-based travel savings platform providing access to discounted travel pricing, hotel savings, resort stays, cruises, rental cars, vacation offers, and related travel benefits.

Membership features, pricing, supplier participation, travel inventory, and availability may change at any time without notice.

2. $500 Hotel Savings Card

The $500 Hotel Savings Card is a promotional hotel savings benefit offered separately from the membership platform.

The Hotel Savings Card:

Has no cash value
Is not redeemable for cash
May only be used according to participating supplier terms
May contain usage limitations, blackout dates, destination restrictions, or minimum stay requirements
Is subject to supplier participation and availability

3. Free Preview Access

Preview access may be offered for demonstration and review purposes only.

No credit card is required for preview access unless specifically stated.

Preview credentials, access privileges, and demonstration offers may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time without notice.

4. Resort Stay Pricing

Promotional pricing such as "Resort Stays Starting Below $199" reflects limited-availability promotional inventory and may vary based on:

Travel season
Destination
Resort inventory
Occupancy levels
Supplier participation
Holiday or peak travel periods

Pricing is generally quoted per stay or per accommodation unit unless otherwise specified.

Additional taxes, resort fees, housekeeping fees, government fees, upgrades, or other charges may apply depending upon supplier and destination.

5. 110% Price Match Guarantee

The 110% Price Match Guarantee applies only to identical publicly available travel offers with:

Identical travel dates
Same property or supplier
Same room category
Same occupancy
Same cancellation policies
Same booking terms

SavingsVIP reserves the right to independently verify all claims before issuing any refund, credit, or adjustment.

Additional restrictions and exclusions may apply.

6. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Customers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase subject to the following conditions:

Refund request must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase.
Membership usage must comply with all program policies.
Fraud, abuse, excessive chargebacks, or misuse may void eligibility.

Refund processing times may vary depending on payment processors and financial institutions.

7. No Guarantee of Savings

Actual travel savings may vary based upon:

Travel dates
Supplier inventory
Destination
Public pricing fluctuations
Availability

No guarantee is made that every booking will result in savings compared to public travel websites, hotel websites, online travel agencies, or competing travel programs.

8. Third-Party Suppliers

Yapit Travel and SavingsVIP operate as membership and promotional platforms connecting customers with independent third-party travel suppliers and providers.

Yapit Travel and SavingsVIP are not responsible for:

Supplier cancellations
Resort closures
Airline disruptions
Weather events
Government restrictions
Travel advisories
Overbookings
Supplier errors
Events beyond reasonable control

All reservations remain subject to the individual supplier's terms and conditions.

9. Yapit Travel Partner Protection

Travel Partner Protection

Yapit Travel may be promoted through a variety of independent partners including, but not limited to:

Radio stations
Publishers
Influencers
Charities
Nonprofit organizations
Fundraising organizations
Event promoters
Media companies
Affiliate marketers
Digital platforms
Sponsorship partners

All such parties are acting solely as independent advertising and promotional partners.

These partners:

Do not own or operate Yapit Travel or SavingsVIP
Do not control travel inventory, pricing, supplier participation, or availability
Are not travel providers, tour operators, or booking agents
Do not guarantee travel services, supplier performance, or travel fulfillment
Are not responsible for customer service, refunds, reservations, supplier disputes, or travel-related claims

All customer service matters, membership issues, refunds, reservations, fulfillment obligations, and supplier-related matters remain solely the responsibility of SavingsVIP and/or the applicable third-party supplier.

By purchasing or using any Yapit Travel product or service, customers agree that any claims, disputes, refund requests, or service-related matters shall be directed exclusively to SavingsVIP and/or the applicable travel supplier and not to any promotional partner.

10. Membership Access & Usage

Membership access is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Unauthorized resale, credential sharing, automated access, scraping, abuse, fraud, or misuse may result in suspension or termination without refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yapit Travel, SavingsVIP, Global Solutions, LLC, affiliated partners, suppliers, representatives, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and promotional partners shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages
Incidental damages
Consequential damages
Lost profits
Lost reservations
Supplier disputes
Technical interruptions
Travel delays
Travel disruptions
Booking issues caused by third-party suppliers

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable membership or promotional product.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yapit Travel, SavingsVIP, Global Solutions, LLC, suppliers, affiliates, promotional partners, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

Violation of these Terms
Misuse of the platform
Fraudulent activity
Unauthorized resale or distribution
Violation of applicable laws

13. Modifications

SavingsVIP reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, membership benefits, pricing, supplier participation, promotional offers, and travel products at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Florida.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, previewing, accessing, activating, or using Yapit Travel powered by SavingsVIP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
